Hillary Clinton Uses Personal Email for State Business

If you are going to leave out the qualifiers that got Clinton into this mess, then I can leave out qualifiers that would exclude you.

Just taking your lack of coherent logical thinking to the next illogical step.

Game on.

What qualifier?

The argument from the GOP is that without an inspection of her personal computer we don't know that we have all of her work emails.

She says she turned them all over for production. They say only way to know that is to search her personal computer to see if there are remnants of any not produced.

The inevitable, logical conclusion of that reasoning is that any government official turn over all personal computers because we have only their word for it they didn't send work email from there.

Not even one. Right? Please. Of course they did.

None of them did what Ms. Clinton did and then has had to publicly acknowledge that she did not use a government email at all, ever while Secretary of State, nor, has any of them admitted that they have deleted thousands of emails, before hand picking which ones to turn over to the State Department in response to a Congressional Subpoena.

Only once they travel that path will there be probable cause for the issuance of a subpoena.

Produce the probable cause counselor.

What an idiotic idea :eek:lol:

Go ahead and turn over the computers to LG. I highly doubt he'll be able to do much more than power one on

No, that does not in any respect counter my point because all work emails of all government officials are public record at some point. All GOP office holders must submit to inspection all of their personal computers, by their very own argument.

We could take the millions of tax payer dollars that were going to be used by the GOP to have hearings on this to hire forensic computer analysts so as to inspect all GOP private computers.

Since we are going down the road of turning over any and all emails, communications, etc. of the GOP candidates and Hillary. Let's go ahead and have Obama unseal his college transcripts and any other items. I'm sure everything is fine and there is nothing that would pose a problem.

There's no need since they have actual official accounts. She conducted all sec of state business using a private email server. She also directed other state dept employees to do the same. The server should be turned over since she the one who decided to mix business and personal accounts

Those are not public record, like emails.

Analogy invalid.

Like the GOP as to Clinton, I have a hunch that GOPers have used personal email, at some point in their careers, to send a work email. Like the GOP as to Clinton, I do not believe the GOPers when they claim all work emails have been preserved.

The logical conclusion is simply inevitable. Your weak, flimsy arguments to try to defeat that conclusion are desperate because you know I'm absolutely right.

your hunch is irrelevant. She admitted she only used a private email for state dept business. No one else had
Yeah...
Stop using words you do not understand.

You're simply continuing to troll this forum with your ridiculous posts. It's becoming crap because of posters like you. Thanks for ruining what was a good thing

My logic is ironclad and undeniable.

And please stop with the personal insults. I'm tired of it.

Your claim for GOP candidates doesn't even rise to a level of reasonable suspicion, LG. Go ahead and try it in court, good luck with that.

The House Select Committee on Benghazi, on the other hand, has enough to get a subpoena to include Ms. Clinton's emails on the subject during the time period in question. They have been withheld until it was discovered that the State Department couldn't provide them because THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM. . . . Ms. Clinton made sure that they didn't have them, in violation of law. She also presumably signed a form, under oath, that she turned all those governmental documents prior to leaving her office of SOS, which also involves perjury and deception.

Instead she turned over none, until she had to, in response to requests to the Department of State by the House Select Committee.

Of those emails on her server:

"Of the 62,320 emails in her account, her office said 30,490 were deemed public business, while the remaining 31,830 were deemed private."

By what and whose standards?

The logical question is:

So what is she trying so hard to hide, counselor?

It's not an insult it's an ironclad and undeniable fact. Your posts are ridiculous and have contributed to the decline of this forum. You're a low information partisan hack. That's all you have to offer and it sucks

Oh LG, if you feel so strongly about it, do your own FOIA request, I'm sure you know how to do that, right? Then go take them on, issue your subpoenas and I'll bring the popcorn and 3D glasses.

What are GOPers trying to hide by not producing their personal computers so we can see if they sent or received work emails on personal accounts ?

Got that FOIA request done yet?

Or are you too busy trolling to be bothered?

Put up or shut up.

The point is ridiculous and you likely found it in the daily kos comment section.

No one has yet presented a decent argument as to why I'm wrong. If we cannot take Clinton's word for it that she turned over all work emails, then why do we have to take a GOPers word for it that he never used personal email account for a work email?

Seems highly likely to me that they would have had at least some. And so, since we need to look at Clinton's, we need to look at theirs, too.

Hey, so, get the ball rollin' or are you just trollin'?

But we all know the answer to that one.

What is FOIA?

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a law that gives you the right to access information from the federal government. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government.

Make your case counselor, you need to get started, otherwise you are just bloviating.

Fine, any govt official who admits their only source for sending/receiving sensitive emails is a homemade server in the closet of their home should have to turn over their hardware as well. Let's start listing names....

1) Hillary Clinton

Your turn
