Hillary Clinton Uses Personal Email for State Business

No one has yet presented a decent argument as to why I'm wrong. If we cannot take Clinton's word for it that she turned over all work emails, then why do we have to take a GOPers word for it that he never used personal email account for a work email?

Seems highly likely to me that they would have had at least some. And so, since we need to look at Clinton's, we need to look at theirs, too.
Is there an ongoing investigation involving the GOP candidates?

Fine, any govt official who admits their only source for sending/receiving sensitive emails is a homemade server in the closet of their home should have to turn over their hardware as well. Let's start listing names....

1) Hillary Clinton

Your turn

If a GOPer admitted he probably sent or received a thousand work related emails from his home computer, would you agree that computer can be searched ?

Enacted on July 4, 1966, and taking effect one year later, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides that any person has a right, enforceable in court, to obtain access to federal agency records, except to the extent that such records (or portions of them) are protected from public disclosure by one of nine exemptions or by one of three special law enforcement record exclusions. A FOIA request can be made for any agency record. Before sending a request to a federal agency, you should determine which agency is likely to have the records you are seeking. Each agency’s website will contain information about the type of records that agency maintains.
he FOIA is a law that gives you the right to access information from the federal government. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government. Under the FOIA, agencies must disclose any information that is requested – unless that information is protected from public disclosure. The FOIA also requires that agencies automatically disclose certain information, including frequently requested records. As Congress, the President, and the Supreme Court have all recognized, the FOIA is a vital part of our democracy.

t is the Executive Branch, led by the President, that is responsible for the administration of the FOIA across the government. The Department of Justice’s Office of Information Policy oversees agency compliance with these directives and encourages all agencies to fully comply with both the letter and the spirit of the FOIA.

What is the Administration's FOIA Policy?

President Obama and Attorney General Holder have directed agencies to apply a presumption of openness in responding to FOIA requests. The Attorney General specifically called on agencies not to withhold information just because it technically falls within an exemption and he also encouraged agencies to make discretionary releases of records. The Attorney General emphasized that the President has called on agencies to work in a spirit of cooperation with FOIA requesters. The Office of Information Policy at the Department of Justice oversees agency compliance with these directives and encourages all agencies to fully comply with both the letter and the spirit of the FOIA. President Obama has pledged to make this the most transparent Administration in history.

No and that's not what Hillary did. What good does searching the computer do anyway?

While you're at, you are at it, right?

Why not go after Lois Lerner's emails too.

Oh, wait. . .

What is this problem Democrats seem to have with emails anyway?

When there is no defense, go on the offense. A good tactic from a good attorney.
Her political career is in its death throws. And there is nothing that can be done to resuscitate it.

Why do I have this feeling nothing will come of it?

Trust me, it will be ignored when it's convenient to do so.

I do think Congressional Dems should subpoena all private emails of all GOP candidates. Hold hearings. See what they've been hiding.

Even ones that were or are not covered by a law or regulation requiring use of .gov address?

People are already bored by it. Congress' approval rating is so awful that having hearings on it dooms the story to oh by the way status.

As a Senator, did she get anything signed into law! Didn't think so. What did she do? Again, nothing. Scandals have followed her everywhere she goes, we don't need another Clinton or Bush near the WH.

Who, in their right minds, truly believe that Clinton, as Secretary of State, did not have and/or discuss classified material in her emails that were sent/stored from/on her private server, since that was the only email she ever used in 4 years?

C'mon, man.

An interesting twist if true:

Obama adviser behind leak of Hillary Clinton

Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett leaked to the press details of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail address during her time as secretary of state, sources tell me. But she did so through people outside the administration, so the story couldn’t be traced to her or the White House.

In addition, at Jarrett’s behest, the State Department was ordered to launch a series of investigations into Hillary’s conduct at Foggy Bottom, including the use of her expense account, the disbursement of funds, her contact with foreign leaders and her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation.

It's like House of Cards, or something. I'd love to know what kind of ish led up to Obama throwing her under the bus like this.

We could take the millions of tax payer dollars that were going to be used by the GOP to have hearings on this to hire forensic computer analysts so as to inspect all GOP private computers.

She is running for POTUS you twit. The American people have a right to know who is going to be running the country. (As if there is any doubt about her - lack of - character)

Are you ever going to summon the intestinal fortitude to answer my question, or can I assume that you are going to remain a gutless partisan hack that will vote for whatever amoeba that the democrats decide to run?

your hunch is irrelevant. She admitted she only used a private email for state dept business. No one else had
