Anything after the playoff invitations go out it a waste.
Take the top 10 finish and be glad.

A Georgia win is NEVER good for Tennessee.
The state of Georgia is our most important recruiting state and UGA is our biggest obstacle in the way of an SECtitle.

In a fairy tale this would be the case. But TCU is one and done in the CFP and that one may not be close. They are about to take a huge step up in on field talent they are playing. But you are correct it's the most appealing scenario for us Vols fans

Exactly there is no way that I am pulling for Georgia. I view sports in a business mindset no matter who does or doesn't beat us I never take personal and hold it against them because they were the better team. Georgia is the exception I will never view anything Georgia does good for us in anyway.

Screw uga and I hope they get embarrassed. Their fans this year have made me hate them with all my being. If anyone mentions another team, especially in the SEC, they have to insert themselves into it and mention uga. They are so insecure that they can't stand anyone talking about another SEC team and not them.

Look it up after next year and it matters. I want HH last ranking as high as we can get it. He will be linked to this year forever. You are what your record rank says you are. CFP rankings will not even be listed down the road.

On top of that can you imagine the crap the SEC will take with an all Big 10 championship game. How they have supplanted the SEC as the premier conference. Just can't live with that and us dropping in the rankings.

Certainly not pulling for the bulldogs. I don’t care who they play, I hope they get beat by 50. The Georgia fan base sucks and so does Kirby’s bulldogs.

I’ve heard that **** for years. I don’t care if any other SEC team wins besides the Vols. Especially Bama and Georgia. It just helps Kirby and Saban finish 1-2 in recruiting every year. As far as I’m concerned, I hope Bama and Georgia lose every bowl game. They both suck.

I’m still trying to understand the mental gymnastics required to believe Georgia winning is good for us somehow. We compete with them directly for recruits regionally. Them falling off is the best thing for Tennessee. Georgia continuing to win it all is the worst possible scenario for Tennessee. Just amazing our fans think we win something when Georgia is good.

We lost. Placement doesn't matter. I'd never cheer for Bama, Florida or Georgia regardless the opponent. Let the Big 10 win one, as long as none of our enemies do.

😂😂 I’m a guessing they’re going to finish close to that ranking anyways. I sure like our schedule being loaded with winning teams though. My opinion won’t change on that. But it’ll be ok. Merry Christmas!

Never. Would never hope UGA to win anything. I hope ANYONE else wins the championship besides those fools. Order of preference: TCU, Michigan, Ohio State . . . the Taliban . . . and THEN Georgia.

No one cares, the SEC is not some brotherhood where we band together. The Civil War ended almost 200 years ago, this "I only pull for teams from the South", is stupid.

Don't care one way or another. UGA is getting the pick of the litter and it makes it tougher if they keep winning titles. You really need to think twice about wishing success on someone you compete directly with for recruits. The Jimmy's and Joe's do matter.
