Homeland

And I always enjoy the General from Iran and Saul's interactions.

Adding the kid to the series has always seemed like a waste.

This show is at its worst when it's dealing with things other than CIA/spy material.

Side note, if the lady who plays the president is supposed to make me want to kick a puppy then she is succeeding.

Dar Adal... such a shame! Set a bomb off in his own country, are you freaking kidding me?!

The theme for that last episode was the same for every character we like, suppression. Hide Quinn at the lake house to keep him from figuring things out, box in Saul to try and keep him from meeting Javadi, bury Carrie with custodial issues.

I wanted to curb stomp that child services woman. I was really hoping Quinn was going to drown Dar in that lake too.

So Dar Adal is going to get killed. Carrie will rejoin the CIA to work with Saul. Quinn will get better and go back to doing spy stuff. That is how I see them setting up next season.

Or none of that could happen but would be a nice reset imo.

I'm not sure about Quinn completely recovering. They'd have to show me for me to believe it. He's pretty much the reason Astrid died. He had reason to be paranoid but not to the extent of being paranoid about her and her weapon.

I really hope the next few episodes will bring the season up. Last nights was pretty good, but I haven't had blown away episode yet.

Just watched last night's episode. Dammit, Quinn, haven't you been through enough? He wants the actual killer though.

Yup. He knows Dar Adal is too much of a coward to actually do any dirty work himself. I found it interesting to learn Adal didn't order the hit on Quinn and the guy did it unilaterally.

Dar is nearing the hate-status of Ramsay Bolton before his hounds ate his face. I wouldn't mind seeing him get snagged by a wood chipper.

Since the show debuted this is the first time his character has had any real story line focus on him. Before this he was always that character that just popped up every now and then.

I rewatched season 2 on demand the last couple of weeks. This season is a far cry from that.

There's a bunch of people in the know now... Interested to see how this shakes out. It will need to be an epic finale to make this season great.

First 30mins were what made Homeland awesome. The last half meh. Hopefully next season will be the last.

Also dont understand making the president a villain. An up and down season with a lot more downs.
