But you want to defend these social justice warriors claiming it is about the money. Lebron could stop playing ball today and not run out of money for another 200 years.

To defend these clowns, is clownish.

Wait, you think speaking out against Trump doesn't affect them? It definitely does/has. We're just talking about two different worlds in terms of the cost. When they speak out against Trump or police brutality, they lose a few fans domestically. We're talking about losing all of China, which is not good for human rights in China, or the NBA, or future NBA players, or other jobs here in America that exist because the NBA is the size that it is. If Lebron spoke out, he'd be hurting a lot more people than just himself.

Red hats have no ability to put themselves in their shoes. Trump is the biggest hypocrite in the entire conversation. He's calling people who are silent "panderers" when he's actually been pandering to Xi and China.

When has speaking out against Trump hurt them? They get patted on the back and supported by the far left kooks of the Democrats daily for that stuff. But when the rubber hits the road, they show who they really are. A bunch of worthless cowards.

The two are not comparable. Ingraham went low attacking Lebron and NBA players fired back. There was nothing negative at all said between China and the players. Morey said something about China and China threatened a boycott. NBA players were not involved in the scuffle but a few of them did try to smooth things over.

Again, Trump is pandering to China and calling people panderers for staying silent. You all are hypocrites for attacking NBA while being on Trump's nuts. They're entertainers and he's the leader of the free world, for God's sake.

It's been linked to several times in this thread where Trump publicly congratulated Xi and China on 70 years of authoritarian communism. He also called Xi a "great leader" while speaking about Hong Kong. He also has a long history of kissing authoritarian ass. None of this should come as a surprise to anybody who is halfway informed.

NBA players silent on authoritarians = unprincipled hypocrites

Leader of the free world kissing authoritarian ass = that's my guy!

If the NBA players are hypocrites, then red hats are even bigger hypocrites. There is no arguing this.

Not upset at all. Just find it absurd that people expect Lebron James to be more principled then the POTUS. And if you have ever seen me post you would know neither Huff or I are leftists. And yes profits do matter mor, in most but not all cases, as a businesses number one objective is return value to its shareholders. In this case that would be the owners and players.

I'm not big on listening to entertainers but, considering that some of them are in the country that still enslaves people, it is wise to keep their mouth shut.
