How about this treatment of Palin?

I'm honestly surprised you're still hanging on to this. But I'll play along for $hits and giggles.

All Muslims are terrorists?

Bill Ayers is a Muslim?

My high school history teacher was a pedophile. Does that make me one?
I'm not hanging onto it. I'm simply saying your comparison was garbage.

Whether you like it or not, Obama's father is a muslim, his buddy Ayers is a terrorist and he spent a decent amount of time in his impressionable years being educated in traditional muslim style. There's the linkage, true or not.

The linkage of Palin to a dominatrix simply doesn't exist. It's just pathetic sexist garbage.

Both may very well be wrong, but one is based upon the past and represents some legitimate questions while the other represents nothing. That makes the comparison of the two flat out wrong.

both are garbage, and you know it. Being muslim does not equal being a terrorist. neither does having a muslim father or attending a muslim school for a few years. neither does sitting on a board with someone who committed terrorist acts 40 years ago, when you were 8 freaking years old.

neither does wearing short skirts and being flirty with viewers and being a former beauty queen who glided across the stage in a bathing suit make one a dominatrix.

get over it.

It is refreshing to know that Palin does not think she is the Daughter of Mary.

Her nutjob followers do, just like Obama's nutjob followers think he's the savior, and just like Palin's nutjob followers think he's the antichrist.

Honestly, this one blows my mind. Would you knowingly sit on a board with a piece of $hit that blatantly wanted to kill your fellow citizens?

Her followers like her because she is human........

Unlike the son of god running on the democratic ticket.

I don't care about the issue. Again, I simply called your comparison garbage, which it was.

Both stories are trash, but they are considerably different. The implication that Obama has a soft spot for those who have now become our mortal enemies has some merit as an idea, especially given his relationship to an unrepentant terrorist (regardless of your attempt to minimize what he did 40 years ago, he's not the librarian). The idea that Palin is a dominatrix because she was a beauty pageant entrant is simply stupid.

Oh, okay. I understand.

So you would have no issue with a future presidential nominee who's political career was launched in the living room of a person involved in the attacks on the World Trade Center as long as it was 40 years later?

I love the equivalence here.

Terrorism is terrorism no matter how many people you kill.

Am I wrong?

Not in your mind... but for the record, Al-Qaeda killed nearly 3,000 people on 9/11. Not sure how many people Bill Ayers killed, but I'm pretty sure it's zero. Seems different, no?

My apologies if he didn't kill anyone. But are you saying killing a few people isn't as bad as killing 3,000?

Ayers participated in the bombings of New York City Police Headquarters in 1970, the United States Capitol building in 1971, and The Pentagon in 1972.

I would never associate with someone who did the things Ayers had done, especially with the fact he is not sorry about. The amount of time that passed between the last incident should not matter.

Well, I think anyone who is in politics or business or has more than 100 acquaintances has probably "associated" with some undesirable human beings in their lives. Probably not anyone who has the notoriety of a Bill Ayers, but some shady characters nonetheless.

A shady character is different from one who has bombed federal buildings, no?

Not that many people politically or in business start their career in the living room of a person who has bombed The Pentagon or U.S. Capitol Building.

did you hear that Obama wants to give billions in foreign aid to Al Qaeda? Apparently Ayers advised him to do it.

Oh, that's not necessary. It's implied, b/c she has German ancestry. (source: BPV's post)
ancestry is quite the right word for father / son relationship, but you knew that. However, it didn't help your ridiculous previous comparison, so now you'll make one up.

I like your style. It's eerily similar to that of your favored candidate.
