Umm, having a kicker pass it on 4th and 19 is squarely on this coaching staff. Then the next series with under five minutes to go we punt on 4th and 2 when we really needed a score. But instead Vandy drove the ball 90+ yards for a TD.

some people must have thought some miracle workers joined the staff. you can't coach up bad football players. heck we shouldn't even have 4 wins with the team we have and the schedule we played. we didn't have good players that just needed a good coach. we have bad football players who need to get cut

Dobbs is a poor excuse for a quarterback, and the coaching was pathetic. Vanderbilt's first string secondary out, and they refuse to throw the ball.

The question should be how is this not the coaching staffs fault? The game plan was put together by this staff and they clearly got out coached. Hell if not for 4 turnovers by vandy it could have gotten out of hand. Once again we head to kentucky to battle for last place and im really not that confident about it with this staff

All the angry fans will overtake this place for the foreseeable future. There must be 10 of the same "drunk assed fan" threads where the OP thinks he is a better coach than bUTch and has it all figured out.

if you think Vandy has better players you better check your self in a hospital! This was all on the staff and no one else!

Umm did you hillbillies not pay attention on his previous two field goal attempts, not to mention the int actually got us better field positioning of the defense. It amazes me how some of you get out of bed in the morning.

This is the worst UT team I have witnessed in the last 43 years. Jones does a horrible job of coaching fundamentals.

This is the second game he lost for his team. He also lost the UGA game by letting the clock run out at the end of the first half when he could have had a chance at a field goal. He also killed the 1st drive of the second half in that one by cussing out the refs and putting the offense in a 2nd and 25 when we had momentum.

The no timeout against GA was the right call. I told my dad he did it because if he had a 3 and out GA would have time left to drive and score. What do you know? A 3 and out. So GOOD CALL.

And be honest, how is Jones the only coach ever to get called like that when you see Muschamp and other idiots?

Oh, I don't know, how about walk over to the DC and say "Maybe we should try to cover a 1-yard bubble screen so it doesn't go for 8-12 yards every damn time!"

Who do you think made the call to fake a FG on 4th & 19? Hell why not just throw a jump ball to the end zone with the real QB as opposed to the K. Probability of successfully completing that play was lower than a normal 4th down attempt which is already less than 50%.

Who has the responsibility to ensure after a two week preparation period that maybe we add a new wrinkle so maybe you can hit the opposition with a play they have never seen? f*** that just keep running the same SH*T we have all year because it has worked so well.

Coach B needs to consider some alternate coordinators as I don't believe talent is our only weakness.

Just saying .......

Guys, Butch Jones was 4-8 his first year at CMU. He improves every year. While I think Tennessee should have won tonight, I'm not just going to cal the Butch Jones era a failure off this season.
