The fake FG was bad but it wouldn't have mattered. This was an embarrassing game no doubt. However, I don't see why we should bash Butch. Same team with Worley and they beat SCjr and nearly Ga. Dobbs bad play is the key. Not trying to defend the staff but the problem is more QB than coaching.

Dude this was bad coaching. If the entire secondary is out you take advantage of it. We didn't. In a close game you go for a field goal on 4th down. We didn't. We were supposed to be the better team and beat vanderbilt. We didn't.

This roster, well coached, would have beaten Vandy by 3 TD's. This team has regressed... and it isn't on the players.

Awful. Miserable. Awful. Ridiculously conservative offensively. So many opportunities. Feel bad for the defense, played well enough to win. Offense would be better off in the dbl. wing running the triple O.

It's on Jones and the rest of the coaches. I watched Tennessee high school teams this week with better offensive game plans, just terrible. Gut wrenching.

He's the head coach. They had two weeks to prepare an offensive game plan. Got 4 gift turnovers, and started 2-3 other drives on the 45-50. They scored 10 points. The playcalling (especially on 3rd down) is moronic. Bajakian makes Randy Sanders look like the greatest show on turf.

Maybe you were asleep when he threw the two picks in the first half of the game or maybe it was the prevent by VU at the end that made you think Dobbs was Dan Marino?

I honestly think this was worse play than the UK debacle in 2011. But I'm sure we can dial up an even worse gameplan and play worse next week. This team has no pride and no bowl on the line.

This is the same team that got pounded by vandy last year, against the same defense that gave up record yardage and points. coaching can't fix that that. graduation does.
