Is this kid considered a junior or sophomore? If a junior, he can leave without being released due to not being able play post season in his last two seasons. However, he probably won't leave or if he did, he probably wouldn't qualify academically.

Yeah and it makes sense. These guys knew USC was facing punishment by NCAA and still decided to go there. If they were gullible enough to buy Lane's garbage, it is on them.

Not any more or less stupid than this thread. Youre bashing a kid that chose what seemed to be a better path to competing for a NC. You also dont know what was going through his head concerning any academic questions. Nice try though :good!:

That's got to suck! Thanks for the info.

Nothing about that sucks......It's poetic justice man. :p:p

The best news I've heard in many years. He deserves whatever comes his way. Afterall, he was in the middle of that issue when he was there before......sounded a little fishy to me anyway.

GBO!!!!!!!!!

You guys are kinda harsh here, we were all fooled by Kiffin's lies, how can you blame an 18 year old for believing them as well?

That and the poor kid couldn't even qualify here...it is perfectly fine to crush Kiffin and Ogre, but leave the recruits out of it...pretty classless IMO.

Stanley didn't end up at Tennessee because he didn't have the extra math course that the SEC requires so it's all a moot point.

He didn't commit to Tennessee when Kiffin was here.He had hardly any contact whatsoever with the Kiffin regime. He didn't commit to us until like two weekends before signing day on a visit. He then goes to USC the weekend before signing day and commits to them on signing day even though i think it was a forgone conclusion in everyones mind after the comments he made after his visit there.

I think that was something said by us after his commitment to them to save grace.I bet if he had stuck to his commitment to us we would have found a way to let him take it in the summer. It's not like he came out and said the only reason im not going to be a Vol because of that stupid math course so i think I'll go to USC as a consolation. He remained committed to us until signing day when he switched his commitment to them.

Actually in the context in which he used it "moot" would be the appropriate word. Nice try, but...

:CORRECTION FAIL:

You better make sure it's an intentional correction.I had done what you just did yesterday.Corrected a correction so to speak.I was tried to be made out to be such a fool because i wasn't in on the "inside" joke between a few people.
