Talent- UT looks on course to have sufficient talent to win the SEC in two years. They have had two consecutive top 10 classes. This class looks to be on its way to filling significant needs. Wylie is a top shelf S&C coach. If DD is a good CEO and Wilcox/Chaney can coach then UT's has a better chance than what you say of being a winner.

Did I miss the release announcing Florida was going to the ACC and Alabama was moving to the Big 12? If not, that statement passes for high comedy.

Of a NC in two years? That would seem to be a little fast, even by someone who is extremely optimistic about the new stafff.

I'd say be able to compete for an SEC title in 2 years, not necessarily win.

I agree it all rests on this years class...what happens on the field in 2010 is almost an afterthought to what happens on February 3rd (or so) in 2011...

If we land a top 10-15 class that's filled with high quality OL/DL then I do believe we'll make noise in 2012..considering the way the schedule lines up with our biggest games spread out and mostly at home...

If this class tanks then I honestly believe Dooley won't make it to year 5

well well well. looks like JUCO LB Glen Stanley who had commited to UT but then changed right at the last min and signed with USC now wants to transfer out of USC. looks like buyers remorse...

I've read that he has interest in, "all the Florida" schools apparently. All he is waiting for is his release.
