Hulu and Amazon Originals

I turn on this Lularich docuseries about the MLM scam wondering if my buddy's ex will be in it, and they start talking about her like 15 minutes in. She was their first consultant. She made a grip of $, cheated on my guy, then he made a grip in the divorce settlement. My sister also punched her in HS. So weird to see her in an Amazon doc.

Goliath Final Season! Had no awareness it was out. Billy Bob Thornton greatness. I’ll be scarce.

Started Pam and Tommy. First episode feels a little “embellished”

I’ve actually enjoyed it. Could have done without Tommy Lee’s talking penis though.

The girl playing Pam is knocking it out of the park.

Looked up the dude Seth Rogan is playing and he is definitely not what Rohan is portraying. Dude was actually kinda fit.

Just watched the first episode of "The Dropout" on Hulu. It's the Elizabeth Holmes/Theranos story. I've read "Bad Blood" by John Carreyrou and seen the HBO documentary "The Inventor", so I'm already very familiar with the subject matter, and I have to start by saying that it looks like Amanda Seyfried pulls it off as Holmes (at least so far) which was a must for this to hold my attention. Still 7 more episodes to go, but it looks pretty good so far.

The doc was awesome.

yeah you dont say that often

Yeah, I think Netflix (and maybe others) got the message with how annoyingly long the doc series were getting. The one I just watched was called Puppet Master and it was only 3 episodes, IIRC. Didn't feel at all like they stretched out the material.

It seems pretty simple from the outside. Don't order a certain number of episodes. Don't pay per episode. Just make the doc the length that it's supposed to be.
