I’m curious I want Georgia again

This is true. If we started scoring they probably open things back up. Honestly I don’t think their offense is the problem though. Our Oline just needs to do better for this to even be a contest.
Hooker has to release the football even if it is throwing the ball away. He had time to do that on 4 of the 6 sacks he took. We are capable of beating UGA. I think our guys will rebound and get better.

care to explain why not?
Because at the time Clemson hadn’t lost and Bama hadn’t lost. Now? Certainly possible. Really going to depend on how the polls shake out and how we finish the season. I still don’t think this team is beyond an upset. They really got knocked on their ass last night.

Rain and their shutting down their offense in second half kept it close. Vol roster just not at their level now.
Man I saw Hyatt, Ced, Bru, & Fant running wide open multiple times and they all got overthrown with very little pressure on HH. Now if I had saw dudes just get clamped all night I would agree but our guys won on the outside more than once but we didn't make the throws. If it was talent we would have lost like Oregon did especially in Athens. Georgia is talented but I think we lost from self inflicted mistakes. If we cut the penalties in half and hit on even 2 of the 5-6 overthrows it's a different ball game.

Definitely think that wasn’t close to our best game. Not sure if we beat them but I think we have as good a shot as anyone in the country right now.

Probably what was needed.

Exactly. We got whipped without a doubt but we had some plays left on the the field

True but we need TCU to kick the bucket or a 2 loss Pac12 Champion.
Oregon will win the conference.

You’ve got:
Team A:
Lost to Georgia by 14 in Athens, had one of the best strengths of schedules
Team B:
Lost to Georgia by 46 on a neutral field.

Who are you choosing there?

Wow yes i agree with the other posters, You are the troll of all trolls.....Go away troll, You have no powers here...P.S. Ask Alabama if the fans don't play a big part in the game....Just wow....
I was being facetious. Crowd noise absolutely plays a part.

The crowd played a factor and they have better players. They won by 14 but it felt like it could have been much worse. Their 15 play, 9 minute drive in the 3rd quarter was an indication of how physical they are and they were giving us a gut punch. On offense Hooker was getting a lot of pressure but he did complete 70% of his passes. The receivers were not consistently getting wide open down field like in other games but Hooker couldn’t buy time due to the pressure.
Sure I would like to play them again. We might get beat by 14 again but I think Georgia would NOT be as dominate. And who knows, we might even beat them if they take us lightly.

O didn’t play good at all
D didn’t play well early then played better
Weather wasn’t great for Tennessee

I firmly believe Tennessee could preform much better.

Georgia looked really good no doubt; however to me they do not look like world beaters.

I would like to see it too. UGA did a rope a dope on UT yesterday. Few blitzes all year, no long balls, etc, playing down to their competition. A couple plays made here or there and it would still have been a game. That and the crowd noise, UT wasn’t prepared and couldn’t adjust. I would like to see a rematch now we know.

Gonna need some help (an LSU win tonight would be a good start there… then a TCU/Clemson slip… Mich/OSU will take care of one spot…), but yes, still possible

Would definitely be in once playoffs are expanded…
I think we get help. TCU will screw up sooner or later coming from behind all of the time. I don’t think they can get behind on Texas like they’ve been doing. Texas won’t allow that 2nd half surge like that.
