Our WR’s aren’t that bad. I think this team learned a valuable lesson yesterday. It won’t happen again.

I don’t think it was that bad. We just lost a couple of plays on defense, and then our offense lost about three or four good plays on some passes that over shot.

You are flat out not beating Georgia with that Vols secondary. It could have been much worse!


As to the topic, I do think the Vols are one of the 4 best teams and it's very possible they get in the playoffs.

TCU will probably lose this week @ Texas

Vols would get the nod over the loser of OSU/Michigan

Oregon lost to the same team you did... 49-3!

LSU already has two losses.

Actually, I'd say it's looking pretty good for the Vols!

I think it’s very possible to get a #1 Uga vs #4 Tenn in the playoffs.

Be a beautiful story and we’d accomplish one of our Mega goals in beating the Big 3 (UF/Bama/UGA) in one season.

Nods...I dont want bama again...even tho they are out this year. However, I do want Georgia again. I was less impressed with us than impressed with them...Do that twice and may God be with ya!

Wow just wow? No fans don't play in game,but making it impossible for the opponent to hear does. At least one false start penaltie effects the game,doesnt mean that it's a game changer but it does effect

Agree. We lost that game by two touchdowns. At a neutral site we are right in it with them. Can’t wait to see them in the CFP.

Uh, I was taking a jab at those who were saying this. I started the Eric Ainge appreciation thread, which I believe revved up UGA, which in turn had an effect on the game.

Neyland’s atmosphere has absolutely made a huge impact. Sanford’s atmosphere had a huge impact and was further amplified by UT being ranked #1 and the Ainge stirring the pot on Twitter.

I get what you're saying; but Alabama hasn't played up to their team's talent level one time this season. They are struggling consistently against teams that are competitive at all. Georgia hadn't been tested yet; but they haven't just embarrassed themselves on multiple occasions either.

So, before the year, Georgia was behind by 3 wins all-time. If they win the SEC CG, and we meet in the title game, they will need to beat us to tie all-time wins. If I'm mathing right, idk.

There is no scenerio in my mind where I want us matched up with Georgia again. We do not have the defense to stop them.
They do have the defense to stop us. What game did you watch? I want them to screw it up or get beat in the CFB PO and if we get in..........we play another opponent. Nobody left has the defense they do.
