I want Georgia to lose tomorrow

A Bama win solidifies the new coach with an early signature win. A Bama loss will send their fanbase into a tizzie. Which would then of course allow us to finish the job in Neyland later this season. But I can see Bama pulling out a close one, and not a high scoring affair...
The Bama tears and hand wringing that would ensue are almost worth an UGAly Dub.

I hate UGA but I hate Bama more and want them to have no shot at the playoffs I hope they lose to UGA and Vols and then UT beats UGA . I hate Bama and hope they never win another game lol
still Valid, although Bama has a storied program and UGAly has grown men that get on all fours and bark at strangers, so its hard for me to ever want them to win anything ever again. At least I can kinda respect what Bama has done, despite my pure hatred for them.

I think it’s better if UGA loses for Tennessee.
If UGA loses a close one they'd still probably keep them in the top 4, Bama loses we move up anyway. This is one we can't lose, how refreshing? Yep, we can sit back and thoroughly enjoy this one and hope they beat each other up.

Play to a tie.

Then both lose to us. Then we beat both again in playoffs/ national championship game(s).

Imagine the twist of THAT knife? Losing to UT twice in the same season and being denied another natty.
So, you’re hoping they play to a tie, and after wearing each other out in a few OTs without scoring, the threat of lightning or a power outage(?) suspends the game, and it’s never resumed, leaving both teams with a tie in their records?

My dad taught me that a true Tennessee fan's favorite team is Tennessee and their second favorite team is whoever's playing Alabama. He worked in Chattanooga with many people from Georgia and grew to dislike Georgia a good amount as well. However, it never changed the philosophy. So, while I understand the reasoning of you young kids (anyone under 50, that is), as a TRUE Tennessee fan ;) I continue to hope Alabama loses every single game.

Georgia fans are a little too arrogant for my taste right now, even after missing the playoffs last year. Time for a dose of humility!

If they lose tomorrow, reality will set in that they could be staring down the barrel of a 9-3 season. If they win, they'll continue thinking they are unbeatable.

I've thought about this a while- who do you hope wins when evil faces evil? I think you hope for the most chaotic outcome. Does Bama winning or Georgia winning create the most chaotic outcome?
Georgia has lost 8 out the last 9 against Bama and Kirby's record is 1 win in last 5 meetings. I think Georgia losing may create the most chaos as it sows the seeds of doubt in UGa minds. Then again, Bama losing will send their fan base into despair. Either way, we win if one team blows out the other.
I guess I will grudgingly support a Bama win. I have to throw up now.

Home field matters, but think UGA wins. I'm tired of UGA winning everything here lately, but doesn't get me past my life-long hate of Bama. I'd rather see Bama mattress burning than UGA continuing to roll.

I wish they both could lose, lol. Really though, I hope Bama wins, and we keep winning, because if we're both undefeated and both presumably ranked in the top 4 at the time, that would be epic showdown at Neyland, especially at night. GO VOLS!!!

But not out of any desire to see Bama win, that's repulsive.

No, I just want the Bulldogs, having lost to the Tide, to then watch us beat them on the TSIO.

And then spend an entire month worrying about the associative property of football lol.

That's some fun torture, right there.

Go Vols!
It is in UT's best interest that UGA win tomorrow in a close game. and that both UGA and Bama win the rest of their games until we play them. For our playoff rankings we want to go into playoffs as either the 1 seed or the 5 seed. 1 seed we'd get if we go 13-0.. 5 seed would be dependent on SoS/resume.

Funny Story.. if everyone on the left if this schedule wins this weekend our SoS goes up.. I dont see Kentucky and Miss State winning. But the other 3 are possibilities/likely. NC State plays NIU and UTC plays Portland State so those could also be wins. Portland state is really bad and NIU seems to have come back to earth after their upset of ND. Our current SoS is 54 and SoR is 2nd behind UGA our GS is also 2nd behind only Texas. 2024 Resume College Football Power Index - ESPN These numbers check weekly and are used by the CFP

I want UGAly to lose and then lose again to Texas. Im tired of them and ready to see their descent back into mediocrity. In fact, I see Kirby's tenure as a lot like Fulmer's. Dripping with talent, but losing control within the program. They have peaked and now starts the downhill slide.

I'm here for it too.
I’m hoping you’re right. I’m tired of them and their arrogance. We used to kick their ass on the reg, but they act like created the game of football the past few years . They certainly have had their share of off the field stuff, but they’ve also won 42 straight regular season games. Maybe that changes this weekend.
