Awesome!!! I do miss Petros. Hopefully Plano is happening. I'd make a special trip over there for it though.

My wife will be excited too. Took her there last year while in Knoxville for a wedding.

I honestly don't get it. We picked up Whataburger while in Destin on vacation a couple years ago. Whataburger is passable at best. Seriously, you can get a better burger from Wendy's, Hardee's, or Burger King. In and Out I'd really like to trybut the closest one to the east coast is in DFW.

We had one in the mall in my town but didn't last very long. Lol


Also we have two Pals, I like their fries but that's it. Nothing else really stands out to me as why everyone goes crazy for it.

Monterey melt at whattaburger is pretty legit.

For straight up cheeseburger I'd give In and Out the win.

When I lived off Morrel Rd(there is one east of there a little) I'd pound those things with jalapeños.

I remember hitting up Swensons after Bearden football games when I was a kid. That place was sweet.

Yeah I've seen Pal's mentioned a few times...I could count on one hand the times I've been there or Petros(outside of Neyland anyway)

Anybody remember that ice cream place that used to be at the corner of Middlebrook and Cedar Bluff? I used to love their black cherry ice cream...also did all the Friendly restaurants close?

Although I have Two Pals in my town, one is fairly new. Only a year or so old. One has been here for as long as I can remember. I haven't eaten it that often, but people go crazy for it. Maybe I just need to try it again.

Pertos, it didn't last long here at all. I ate it once, just got a cup of chili. Wasn't that impressed with it, apparently no one was. Lol

I love me some Petros and when they put them in Titans stadium I was in heaven. Well, until I bought my $8 cup and it was only half full and that was with everything in it. Rip off. Good news is that I sent them a message on their web page. Evidently many complained because it was fixed the next week.

Yeah the one here was expensive. And couldn't use the excuse of being in a football stadium. Lol

I have eaten at IHOP about 5 or 6 times. Everytime has been a disappointment. I know some people love it, but I have always received poor service and very bland food.
