2010 - Hired a PROVEN loser in Derek Dooley (17-20 record at Louisiana Tech)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Basketball

2011 - Hire Cuanzo Martin. Takes team to NIT 2 years straight and is currently making Tennessee an embarrassment in basketball. The talent on this team is incredible and they lose to bad teams and can't beat good teams.

How many years do we sit back and accept Tennessee being mopped up. I am not very old but watching Tennessee as a child brought goosebumps and now its embarrassing to wear the orange ( I wear it almost every day) My goal is to become a big time AD one day and with all that has gone on at Tennessee, my dream is becoming more realistic. Who can fire Dave Hart? Who can turn this program around? (not just football) We lose recruits all the time because our reputation of NIT and can'e beat Florida.

Can someone explain to me how this is still happening and how Cuanzo Martin still has a job? I watch every game and they get worse by the day.

This may come as a shock to you, but I'm glad you aren't the AD at Tennessee.

It's like this. I can watch football and say that Ryan Leaf was a bad draft pick, it doesn't mean I would be a better GM than John Butler was.

Haven't had half the team arrested, guns with filed off serial numbers, suspended players for dru, etc...

I think shadow must have brain damaged OP!

One thing is for sure, most posters on this free site "Never darkened the door of a UT classroom" but spout all the vitrol bs about coaches and players. Small amount of short dics bashing CCM is not the way the majority of the fanbase feels. He wins 20 and gets screwed by the selection committee,wins the east in his first year after being picked to finish last should be embraced. Pearl left a dumpster fire (probation,empty roster,recruiting restrictions,etc... If your UT support was more than 6 years long you would appreciate CCM,that is if you had a UT education,lmfao at the foolish haters. GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
