If Alabama loses what does that do for the Vols playoff picture wise?

Georgia is done with their SEC schedule. They are in. It's down to Texas and A&M for who plays them.

I, for one, am glad. CFP playoff or nothing!
Unless Alabama manages to come back and beat Oklahoma, Georgia is in. I'm pretty happy that they got shafted out of a td by a bad call.

As long as the score holds in the OU-Alabama game, Georgia is in.

If Alabama somehow pulls off a comeback in the 4th quarter, they beat UGA in almost every tiebreaker situation.

Agreed because at this point the CFP committee hasn't said what would happen if a 2 loss team got their 3rd in a Conference Championship game.
Saw were Pate was discussing it and they were asked and the way he talked made it sound like the committee wouldn't guarantee they'd put them in

Indiana most likely could afford the loss once Ole Miss also lost.
They will likely stay in due to Big 10 politics. They have given no indication they can play with a top 15 team this season. Booger McFarland, who's advocated for them all season, said that today. He said the committee has to look at whether they think Indiana can compete with another playoff team, and how much weight do they give it. If they do get in, conferences would be crazy not to give out easy schedules to their contenders every year.
