So when Dooley gets fired you will follow him to Tennessee Tech and root for them?
So kiffin had nothing to do with the mess were in? That's the stupidest statement I have ever read! You can blame fulmer, Hamilton but to say kiffin didn't help screw up our program is flat out stupid

Not worried about it. I wouldn't trade CDD for our last coach if we had won at Bama that year. Here is all you need to see how great his recruiting class was:

No I will support who ever is at Tennessee! like you should do instead of having a crush on a coach that got us in trouble with the NCAA, had half of his great recruiting class either get kicked out or they suck, and left our program in the middle of the night like a coward.

Didn't Kiffin bring Chaney in with him? Not sure that is working out that great for us, I believe he left him behind so that he could continue to screw us.
Kiffin finished with one more win than Dooley, 7-6 versus 6-7, for their respective first seasons at UT. Kiffin did this with multiple NFL draft picks, including two in the first round. Dooley had a much younger team.
The bottom line is this. Each is unproven at this point and the jury is still out. But, for those who want to down Dooley while elevating Kiffin to some god-like status, you have no basis in reality. The guy has now coached at three different stops (including the current one with superior talent for most games he plays), and he hasn't exactly burned it up at any of them.
The biggest thing Kiffin had in his favor: ERIC BERRY. Kiffin had way more talent on the roster prior to getting here than Dooley did. Dooley may or may not be the best coach out there and he would admit that himself. Coach Dooley was the one guy that took a chance on us when no one else would. Knowing that he was getting a team that was short on talent and facing sanctions, he put his reputation on the line. Regardless of how he turns out, I am grateful that he is atleast trying to be part of the solution and not the problem. Go Dooley.

Chaney will be fine or atleast I think so! His play calling has been great some games and other games I'm not sure if the players screw up or what but overall I like him and he calls a good game with Tyler Justin and darick healthy

Oh please. What else was Dooley going to do? Stay in that sewer in Ruston, LA for the rest of his career? Almost any coach would take a fivefold raise to come to UT in that situation. It's UT who took a chance on him, not the other way around.
So blindly following Fulmer down the mountain into the lowest valley Tennessee has been in decades is what you did. Thanks for making him last 3 years too long.
There were coordinators and coaches at nonBCS schools turning this dumpster fire down.
I wanted fulmer out after 05! Dooley has a young team with no depth an is recruiting needs and good players. I'll give him till 2013. We had 46 players leave between fulmer, kiffin, and Dooley. To say he should be able to compete this year after that many people leave and he loses our good players to injures is crazy! Like I said if you still love kiffin go cheer for him and the Trojans cuz he isn't here anymore. The best thing for you would be to accept it. You sound like a guy who had a bad break up and 1 year 1/2 later still talks about her like she's perfect. Just move on
