Give him the money it takes to get him here!!!!! It is a proven fact he is a winner in the SEC, and he runs a clean program.

He has left teams high and dry. Word his contract in such a way that benefits UT financially if he leaves. We have the upper hand in the negotiation. We've tried the mid-major proven loser route before. Put a morality clause in the contract for all I care. He knows he's toast if he screws up again.

In reality if he were to try to leave us, it would be because he has turned the program around and we were actually winning games. Which would be at least 2 yrs away, probably 3 minimum. Word the contract so that it benefits us if he does leave(because he's winning)the program will be in a better bargaining position for the next coach.

Winning cures A LOT!!! The only names that are being mentioned now will put UT at the middle of the pack in the SEC on a good year.

I cant believe I am saying this but I agree. I cant see it as any worse than hiring Butch Jones at this point.

at this point i'm on board
