Indianapolis Colts= 2007 World Champions

Lets see... Addai, Harrison, Morris, and Sanders all got hurt for the Colts. They're saying Morris may be out for the season. Addai and Harrison seem to be fine, but hopefully these don't become nagging injuries. As for Sanders... I'm not sure what the deal is there.

Speaking of Addai... where's kptvol? Wonder if he's sold on Addai being a legit 1st-round selection?

I didn't get to see the game today. Anyway, he's good, but I stick by the assertion that Maroney was the safer pick. Let's give him a little more time to be the feature back this season and see how he does. The real test will be the Patriots. Hopefully he'll allow the Colts offense to stay balanced in that game.

I agree with that. I was hoping in that draft the Colts would get him but the Pats got there first. Worked out well for the Colts b/c Addai almost runs like James does.

Maroney was the safer pick, but he was off the board already when the Colts were on the clock. Anyways, just ribbin' you... hadn't been on here in so long, I didn't even know you were still around. Good to hear from you.

Colts vs. Pats... that game is going to get a lot of hype. I guess one thing the Colts have going for them is that the game is finally back in Indy this year. Hopefully it'll be a fun game to watch.

First things first, though... Colts better get healthy and show up ready to play against the Bucs on Sunday.

I'd have to respectfully disagree. Maroney was always banged up in college and has continued down that path in the NFL.

Addai has always been a solid, reliable back.

I was angry that we were not able to get Maroney...but obviously we knew what we were doing. I wasn't happy with the Edgerrin James pick and boy was I wrong about that one too. Addai should be great for years to come.

Colts officials indicated Friday that Joseph Addai's "bruised shoulder" is similar to an injury he dealt with last season.

Addai played in every game as a rookie, regular season and playoffs. "He got hit on that shoulder and got that bruise," coach Tony Dungy said. "It’s really more in the chest now. He says its better than what it was in the playoffs. But obviously the playoffs was a do-or-die situation." Addai remains a game-time decision for Week 5. Be prepared with other options.

I don't know. Im stuck watching the game center. It says the TV is FOX but it is some movie here. Oh well. Indy up 16-7 at the Half.

Props to Captain Stats as some had formerly called him. Great game considering Harrison and Addai were both out today. Maybe Peyton makes those guys better after all instead of the other way round.

I watched every second of the Colts Bucs game and it was boring. Peyton had the offense so on automatic it wasn't even half way in doubt from the first quarter. The most breath-taking play (pun intended) was the hit on Dallas Clark over the middle. You might have wondered if another prime time player was going down for the count.
The defense was hard hitting and tackled good. The Bucs looked absolutely lost trying to stop Peyton's dink and dunk offense. Fourth quarter Keith was ripping themanew1. Yawn. Where is the competition for this team this year?
