Bought me a conversion kit off eBay for my 4S. Cost me $50. Wanted to try out the white and see how I like it before I'm able to purchase a 5. Anyone ever done this?

I've seen it done online but never have known anyone personally who has done it. Let us know how it turns out.

What does everyone use for free ringtones and text tones? Zedge is a great app that I use on Android but I'm not sure if there is an iPhone equivalent.

I wish they would do away with the whistle for when a text or email comes...
About 5 chicks in my office use that and it drives me nuts

Cydia but with new phone it's gonna take a while for the jailbreak.

Will do. Hoping I don't break something internally but I guess that's the risk I have to take. I don't trust sending my phone in. Who knows if they'll take out the Apple parts and replace with crappy ones. Plenty of videos on YouTube on how to do it.

I didn't preorder this year because I'm gonna have to go to AT&T regardless but just wondering if anybody did. How many are stressing out over tracking info & all? A lot of people don't realize that it only takes a day or two to process & ship with delivery by Friday & freak out if they don't get info right away even when the carriers you may have preordered from don't have the phones yet. It's funny on other boards watching people flip out & tell how they call a gazillion times to try & find something out.

I went to the AT&T store and ordered one this morning. Supposedly I should get it by mid-October. Kind of seems like a long wait but I'm not too worried about it. I've been making due with the same crappy Razr since early 2008, so waiting a few more weeks probably isn't going to kill me.

Like a moron, I forgot to pre order. So will go out this weekend and see if can come across one...otherwise will just wait.

Me too, I went to preorder on the 14th but 6am was too late to get launch date delivery so I've got iOS6 on the phone so that will have to do for a few weeks.

the ring.tones app is great. i love it.

I personally love it. I guess it depends on what you have. I think its worth it with a 4S because of the new Siri API and Maps w/ turn by turn navigation. Other than that, may not be worth losing the JB (until 6 is jailbroken).

Well I did the update via wifi at work and now my phone is a brick. Wants to connect to my iTunes so hoping when get home I just hook it up and it is ok.

I usually do any iOS update connected through iTunes. It just seems to go much smoother. I do a backup before as well just in case something goes wrong. I'll be doing mine tomorrow sometime & it will wipe my jailbreak & I'll do a backup preparing for my new iPhone.

I like the new Maps app much better than the old one.

On another note, this was probably the smoothest update I've had.

Looking at the maps app it looks nice. I'll test run it on way to my golf tournament. I like the do not disturb feature too.

Agree on the do not disturb.

Just ordered a new Otterbox commuter:
