It is. If you have unlimited on AT&T there should still be a $15/mo option to tether/hotspot.
Verizon was not contractually allowed to keep people from tethering, though obviously whenever that line gets upgraded it will lose unlimited data.
I meant FaceTime. I was unaware she could tether anyway. I Jailbroke her phone for that purpose.
