Iron Man 3

Just do Venom right and have him lead into Carnage. They could totally take this series in an awesomely dark direction with Carnage.

And throw Black Cat in there because she is one of the hottest animated chicks since Jessica Rabbit.

Spiderman is one of those guys who has so many good characters its almost unfair. but we all know it needs to go like this.

First spiderman remake

2nd spider man where gwen stacy dies, either a time skip during the movie or he meets mary jane at the end of the movie

3rd gwent stacy clone comes back (or mary jane dies early on and HER clone comes back). plus, that's an excuse to use Hydro or Mysterio or both, and they'd be badass if done right.

You could easily fit carnage/venom/green goblin all in the second one like it was in the books AND tv show even (awesome 90's tv of course). Then the 3rd one has harry possibly or even anti venom as a redeemer.

I used to love that cartoon. IMO that was probably the best portrayal of Spider-Man there was.

I've like all of the iron man movies but for me it goes 3-1-2. Generally I'm not a stick to the comics kind of person so the mandarin part didn't bother me at all.

Not sure if this is good or bad news, i hope they work it out

I don't think saying Sean Connery is only james bond is a fair comparison, because Roger Moore was a damn good James Bond.

I don't think anyone could be Iron man but him.

The clone saga?!? You can't be serious. The storyline set the Spider-Man comics back nearly a decade.

And I hope they never do Carnage on film. Venom was cool until Carnage came along. Then the concept of an anti-Spider-Man just got so watered down.

On topic I still haven't seen IM3 yet.

The clone saga would be the most marketable to a large audience, and it can keep multiple actresses in all movies while still killing them off the first time around for that shock ending.

If they do Carnage right, I'd watch. But I don't think they can do his psycho shtick very well in the movies.

The clone saga is one of the biggest failures in not just Spider-Man history but all of comic book history. Sales plummeted so low that the only way to get them back up was to relaunch the titles from #1. Even then it took two years and a complete restructuring of the editorial staff before sales came back up (relative to the industry anyway).

And yet an entire generation of kids who grew up in the 90's (like myself) saw it through the T.V. show and enjoyed it greatly. And I would wager 85% of the people watching these superhero movies know nothing about the comics or the industry, though most of us here on the internet (myself included) do. I know how big of a tank it was. But it would make more money than the sinister six (though if they did Secret Wars I would cry a tear of joy).

But I would also be very happy if they brought Madame Web into it as well.

While I admit there is a niche market for fans of the clone saga I don't think it would ever work in a movie.
