Is The 1/6 Commission Coming?

And just because you haven’t seen evidence doesn’t absolve Epps. People like you don’t want to think anything else but Trump caused Jan 6th. Even though that’s blatantly false.
Absolve? That's an odd choice of words. Even if he was an FBI informant, that isn't against the law.

How about appearing to incite violence by saying to the crowd, we have to go down and go into the capitol? Which has been documented on video.
He should be prosecuted for that ... just as all of the rioters who incited violence on January 6, 2021 should.

For the most part, however, the right-wing has aggressively defended the actions of everyone at the Capitol on January 6th .... but Ray Epps.

Former Proud Boys leader Joe Biggs sobs during sentencing as he's given 17 YEARS in prison over January 6 after begging court not to separate him from his daughter and cancer-stricken mom

Former Proud Boys leader Joe Biggs sobbed as he was sentenced to 17 years in prison over his role in the January 6, 2021, riots at the U.S. Capitol.

Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Zachary Rehl and Enrique Tarrio were all found guilty of seditious conspiracy after they broke into the Capitol following the 2020 election.

During his sentencing on Thursday, Biggs' lawyers argued he did not assault anyone as they asked for leniency.

The judge ruled that Biggs was qualified for a terrorism sentencing enhancement because he teared down of a fence that stood between police and rioters.

Wasn't thinking much about his daughter and mom when he was in Washington.

No but that sentence is absurd.

The time has come for two things:

First, for you to admit that this was not business as usual, or just a protest, or just some modest form of civil protest.

Second, you must choose who you are going to hold responsible: the guy who urged people into such a state of completely unjustified frenzy and then deliberately chose not to stop it? Or the gullible fools who believed that they were doing something righteous.

Fine by me if you add up all the sentences of the individuals and dump then on Trump and let the fools go home.

The sentence he received is absurd, I didn't say he wasn't guilty of a crime.

Way overcharged, the fact that many seem to think this is ok just proves how warped beyond repair society has become. Take care what you wish for, eventually everyone will be on the wrong side of a corrupt oppressive gov.

So you're saying what, exactly?

That they did intend to overthrow the entire US government? If so, 17 years is light and Trump is facing far worse.

That it was just about trying to force a scenario in which Trump remained in office? If so that's less than the entire government, but still an insurrection.

That they did it as some sort of sick, stupid, blind homage to Trump's massive ego, just to register their dissatisfaction with the status quo? Again, less than a full scale revolt but completely unlawful.

Again, who is responsible? Them? Or him? And if "both" in what measure?

Only a fool would think anyone of Jan 6 tried to overthrow the gov.

The policeman that shot and killed Ashli Babbitt was promoted to captain for his deed. Ashli was unarmed, stood 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighed 115 pounds.
