If Hamas had not taken Maya, and others hostage, they wouldn't have to worry about her treatment. See how that works?

Let me shoot you in the foot, then I will pour a little IPA on it and when you scream that it burns I will talk about how ungrateful you are. You can't make this stuff up.

Where did anyone "talk about how ungrateful" anyone was, or even bring up gratitude? The tweet pointed out that treating a wound isn't abuse like it was framed to be, then KB said they should have taken her to a hospital which wasn't an option.

And that they created the situation whereby they couldn't properly administer her wounds, which they created, and gave her the treatment a second rate vet would an animal.


It was absolutely abuse!

No one has argued any of the bolded, it just doesn't have anything to do with whether sterilizing a wound with a painkiller is some form of torture

The issue is you openly mocked someone who’s been through something you could never understand. I don’t even disagree with the point that she may have misunderstood their intent. But I also think you’re disgusting and pathetic for mocking her

No they sterilized an open would with chlorine from what I remember in the article. And gave her a ketamine which actually does little for pain and only sedates you to some degree.


Ever been to a rave and seen the idiots get "stuck in a k- hole"? You feel everything but you're unable to react or call out..... Or at least that's what they told me. Never touched the stuff

No one "mocked her," someone mocked the idea that that's torture, as we all including you agree it's not. That one hostage Mia was happy when a kid died because he didn't share his candy with her, and also said there are no innocent civilians; is it "openly mocking someone who's been through something you could never understand" to disagree with her too?

Ketamine is ‘Special K’.. it puts you in a trance.. lit has unpredictable analgesic effects.. kind of cruel if you ask me.be in a trance with your captors and you can’t move... and that’s some pretty rudimentary medical supplies and very crappy medical training…not cool.. and chlorine in a wound? Sheesh 🙄

You can disagree with people without mocking. Rather, I should say, adults can disagree with people, without mocking. Given the tweet you shared and then you claim that you found it “funny”, I’m not certain I should actually include you in that

Hen Mazzig what is that? You are getting too much enjoyment out of this.. as a healthcare professional in the US.. we are bound to treat everyone and treat their pain and not mock them, no matter what.. how bad a person they are or whatever or personal views..what this person is doing by mocking a patient is reprehensible and you cannot do that here.. Thank God.

If I was "mocking" anything it was the tweeter that rewrote her story with his own added flavor, not the victim. I didn't assume that was her framing
