Aww, bless your heart....you do know that UL only has like 12 seniors leaving and 9 commits currently right? The guy just went 10-2 with a team of Sophmores and Freshmen. 2nd ,1st, 2nd in the Big east as far as Recruiting classes go since he has been there, but whatever dude.

I agree! And while all the negative posters complain of his recruiting prowess, it only confirms to me that a coach who takes a team of 3* recruits to a BCS bowl...well, need I go on?

Yeah, too early to get the mattresses and sterno out.

Plus, this has essentially been out there on Basilio's blog since this morning that Strong is likely the next coach.

Almost all of these inside sources have proven to be Google.

Still don't like the idea of Strong.

And I hate the idea of Strong at nearly 4 million a year.

That kind of money could potentially flip a guy like Shaw or Petersen.

Know my role? WTF is that? And YES that is BANDWAGON bro...no matter how long you rep the UT and sport the gear. If you dont support the coach then you dont support the players bc guess who the players will support... aaaahhh... The new coach, thats who! By default you chose to essentially boycot the coach. That is the most lame bunk a#$ shiz ever. IMO.

Strong $2.5 mill buyout, $3.5 mill staff (current amt paid by UT for football staff), $3.75 mill salary.

Total for Strong if the salary is accurate is $9.75 mill. Could have had Gruden and his all-star staff for $10 - $12 mill!!!!

Bad bad deal. Bad all the way around!!! Thank goodness this isnt confirmed!!!

man do you even know what BANDWAGON means....that is a fan who doesnt follow a team at all and then all of a sudden they win and that person magically has been a fan all their life....I guarantee you that a BANDWAGON fan wouldn't even care who the coach is bc they prob wouldn't even know were searching for one.....so BANDWAGON I am not....yes I will boycott him as our coach until he proves he belongs....so you can take your BANDWAGON shiz and stick it up your ass

At least I have heard of Strong. When Dooley was hired, I had to google his name to even know where he coached last. This is at least an upgrade, even if it is slight.
