Its my body,

If you as an American have the right to not wear a mask, then a privately owned business has the right to require you to wear one. You can choose to shop elsewhere. I don’t disagree with you in the protests. I happen to believe everyone should be wearing one whenever possible if you are going to be in public, but that is just me 🤷‍♂️ I personally would rather be a little uncomfortable than possibly risk the health of someone who is vulnerable
I refuse to wear a damn mask regardless of what you sissy radical leftists idiots say. But you all feel free to stay in the bunker if you are that scared

Brighter than you. Keep wearing that mask like they tell you to, ***** sheep. Unable to think for yourself.

BTW, Suwannee sucks.
Literally all you do is regurgitate whatever nonsense Uncle Donnie tells you to. Pot meet kettle.

Uncle Donnie is right. You can’t think for yourself. You do what Chuck and Nancy tell you to do.

Shouldn’t you be out tearing down famous Dumbocrat statues?

Time to turn off OAN and infowars there pal

Out of curiosity, does anyone argue that wiping your hands all over a saliva- and snot-contaminated rag would NOT increase your chances of spreading a respiratory infection? It's certainly a possibility that mask-wearing could actually be fueling new cases. Of course, that isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as it's mainly younger/healthy people out and about and contracting CV19.

I realize this requires a little thinking, not just regurgitating instructions handed down by organizations that have little to no science to stand on and keep changing their minds.

It sounds like your gripe isn't that mask wearing is necessarily ineffective at preventing the spread, but rather that people aren't taking the proper precautions when wearing one (i.e., not touching it).

All the people who are for mask wearing, what is your go to source of information about the effectiveness of masks vs COVID?

Read CDC recommendations below

It's amazing...hospitals are always almost about to be overrun, but they never are.

This has the same mortality rate as the flu. At its worst. Just like the flu, the elderly and people with extreme health concerns don't want to get this.

Everyone else is fine.

There is zero need to shut down anything. There is no reason to mandate masks. There is no reason to absolutely demolish a roaring economy. Unless, you want to influence an election.

Tens of thousands of people, maybe hundreds of thousands of people, will lose jobs, lose healthcare, be evicted and have their lives ruined over a medical hoax.

If you don't want that to happen again, then wear a mask and STFU. Or, this could be you:

He thought the coronavirus was 'a fake crisis.' Then he contracted it.

The coronavirus death rate in the US is almost 50 times higher than that of the flu. See how they compare by age bracket.

1) I doubt you are brighter than anyone. The content of your posts certainly doesn't reveal any intelligent thought.
2) I wear a mask because I am immuno-compromised. I've said that about 15 times on this forum. Can you read?
3) You couldn't have gotten into the University of The South if you tried.

I don’t and haven’t since day 1. I’m living my life as normal as I can.

Go ahead and deplete your immune system.

Masks aren't all that effective for protecting the person wearing them. The idea as I understand it is to help protect others from yourself.

That is why you feel as you do. Do what you need to do to protect yourself.

But, you do not control anyone else's life, and you do not get to tell me or anyone else what we need to do.

Why is that so difficult?

Please show me on this forum where I have tried to tell anyone to wear a mask. I have suggested it out of concern and courtesy for others. I have also suggested people who don't want to wear a mask are thoughtless and inconsiderate.

Have you always worn a mask since birth?
I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth, and my parents never bought me a brand new car and pay for my college.
I did turn down a golf scholarship out of HS to join the USAF, 31 years later I retired. Living the life now comfortably on my 10 acre resort, 4K sf house. Just turned 58, and I have no idea what I want to do today. Might go kayaking or do some landscaping, not sure yet. May grab a beer and sit by the pool after a long day. 5ADD87AA-BE95-4FB4-8966-B58B4DBF8A9F.jpeg

The way I look at is, the ones wearing the mask are protecting me.

Thanks, keep wearing your mask.

1) I've been wearing a mask since March
2) I bought my first car and received an academic scholarship. My parents made me work for what I had.
3) You are living on more than an Air Force pension. Did someone inherit a pile?

wut.

Deplete your immune system? It's not a gas tank... or a health bar like on Call of Duty.

You do realize that wearing masks in public is generally meant to keep you from throwing your germs all over other people, right?

If the experts are right, you could help keep other people safe in the event you are infected and don't realize it. If you're wrong, the worst that comes from it is that you are "inconvenienced" by wearing a mask for a few minutes in Kroger. Outside of the partisan fuqery, it's simply the decent thing to do.

You consider anyone not thinking like you to be inconsiderate and thoughtless......So, I ask, why are you not the thoughtless and inconsiderate one, to have society adapt so you can feel better and more secure about trying to live another day, because you are the one at risk......

I don't want to be rude or insulting or demeaning or anything, just talking here, so please don't ever construe anything other than just trying to have a dialogue PT, I don't want to insult you or make you feel anything in a personal or direct manner, that is not my intent, if it comes off that way it isn't meant to, and I'll be first apologize if it comes off that way, that's not what I want, I just want open honest dialogue.

2)congrats, good for you.

3) I receive some disability from the VA as well. Lumbar and cervical issues along with other things while on active duty. My wife still works and I meddle with my real estate helping people buy and sell, plus I’ll flip one when a see a good deal.

Oh, so you’ve been wearing a mask since childhood. Bet you got a lot of attention.
