It's official, Alabama 09-10 worst team of all BCS NC teams

06 Gators would brutalize the 07 Tigers. Hell, the Tigers were lucky not to lose to the 07 Gators.
The 2006 Gators that played in Glendale? Yes. The Gators that played the rest of the season, I'm not so sure.

Once Bama's in the drivers seat for another NC next season, I hope all yall that wanted them to win tonight finally regret it, not that it will matter.

Agreed. It's very possible that we are praying for Saban's retirement in about 5 years.

The defense was good year-round. They'd have smashed LSU. LSU's defense really wasn't even that good. Neither was their offense.

hah. who'd take him (besides oakland)

USFL baby :p

(this is going to be a long offseason)

He did decent his first year and teams have tried to get Carroll to come back so that's the only hope I've got.:crossfingers: And yeah, this offseason will be long. I'm just glad I don't live in Alabama anymore.

Maybe so, but there were definitely times where UF's offense was just abysmal in 2006. Meyer is a better coach than Miles, but the 2007 Tigers could have won the game on talent alone.

Osu did not beat miami! You are full of crap if you belive that.

Ugh. Bad calls happen all the time. OSU ended up victorious. If they were a terrible team, the Miami all-stars would have rolled them, not gone into OT with them.

Miami was good, but not as good as they were hyped to be. They weren't even close to the 2001 team.

They were leading most of the game too. Miami had to tie it at the end of regulation.

Maybe not since they didn't have WRs close to Andre Johnson but they were still loaded with a senior Ken Dorsey, Winslow, McGahee, Sean Taylor, Wilfolk, Vilma, etc. They could probably beat a lot of the other BCS champs.

You may be right. I'm just saying they couldn't touch their predecessors. I think they did lose 11 starters. I think the PI call was atrocious, but I'll give OSU and Tressel credit for puling that out.

He just crossed that team so...well i'll just say it was deceitful that a lot won't come after him

and of course i think too he was out of his element since he was no longer bringing in players himself by going out and selling the school, pride, and playing time or whatever in visits and such, but rather it was this is the best we can get with the team's funds/ the money and contract deals we can get them to accept, make them win

he seemed to really just dislike it

07 LSU by far....The fact that the 07 Tenn team almost beat them in the Sec championship should tell you something. That 07 Tenn team was very average.

Yeah I remember hearing it was a control issue for him which is understandable coming from college.

bad calls lol that was more than a bad call. You can't call that. Also just like tonight if mcgahee did not get hurt game over.

Yeah the timing of the call was bad but McGahee played most of the game and was pretty much held in check. I wouldn't just hand Miami the game if he played in OT.
