Jameis Winston (FSU) merged

Poor, anonymous Negroes go to jail while rich, well known Negroes skate. Same as white people. Mandella can rest in peace on this one.

uhhhh. Did you just step out of a time machine from the 1930s?

Edit: Just looked at your username. Carry on.

Honestly she is lucky they arent pressing charges (caveat emptor I am an FSU fan...). The other DNA was her boyfriends who found out she left Potbellys with a black dude and got mad.

It was a lie that grew and grew. And yes I am a FSU fan (vol fan first for life... we cant help who we grew up loving lol), I have most of my family in that neck of the woods, some in the law profession and some that frequent the bar in question so I know a little about the situation.

Florida fans butthurt should take football out of the equation, likewise bama fans should stop praying to their saban idols that they crawfish back into the NC game if OSU and FSU loses...

what else can you share on the story
who were the other 3 in the apartment that witnessed the activities

You're out of your mind if you believe that. There's a reason rape victims rarely come forward and this case has been a classic example as to why. Both women (as well as male victims) know full well what will happen to them if they come forward and how slim their chances of being believed are while their chances of having people dissect them, lie about them, and attack their credibility are high.

Fact of the matter is the 'false claims myth' is BS. They're not only miniscule but statistically significant and the ones who have done it usually have mental illness and preexisting contact with law enforcement. Their cases last all of a few hours because they usually crack under questioning and they're typically punished for filing a false report.

To further your point, a recent study showed that false rape reports are only about 5-12% of all reported rapes. All this is going to do is make people who really did suffer perhaps the most heinous crime a person can commit think even more about not being able to see justice or be taken care of.

Though, I do feel that any girl who is found to be falsely accusing a man of rape (or vice versa) should be charged by the state immediately as if it were a case involving a minor, with or without the victims consent and that they should be punished as far as the law allows. Even a false allegation can ruin a person's life.

Chis Casher, Rondald Darby and the accusers roommate/friend.

At least thats what is being passed around (also on the documents going around online...)

Absolutely agree so long as there's proof that it was indeed a false report and not simply connected to whether or not formal charges are pressed (plenty of people file reports that lead nowhere and that having to do with rape where the accused is never caught -- they're not lying about being mugged, being shot at, groped, harassed, or assaulted just because police never located or had the evidence to charge the perp. and ironically unlike rape victims who report a rape we don't presume them to be devious evil people/women out to get the accused). A mugging or fight on the street between strangers is often just as he said/she said as a rape allegation but charges follow.

I'd also go so far as to add degrees of false allegations. For example, someone who pre-planned an allegation and did so out of spite should suffer more consequences than one who didn't plan it and took it back before things progressed.

I also believe that in most (not all - but most) rape cases the defendant should not be identified until charges have been filed.

If that's the case why did it take so long?

1. FSU has influence in TPD and it's amazing it ever came out 2. Money buys time 3. FSU provided a lawyer that was tipped to it all it happened and loong before witnesses were interviewed 4. they needed close to 12 months to prep witnesses the right way and come up with a good story fans of FSU, including the various conspiracies that Florida or Bama was behind 5. after prepping witnesses and Jameis they also needed those 11-12 months to strategize about how best to discredit the victim and elevate Jameis. It's a delicate thing discrediting rape victims and it's often more delicate when it involves discrediting one raped by a privileged football player.

The plan was for it to die a slow death and take steps to defend against should it ever come out and it only takes one fan/officer for the first part to happen -- just a regular cop who doesn't take rape seriously would do it too (happens all the time). Hell, even the former Chief of Police said he'd never heard of the case before it broke and that he'd like to know why.

Make sure to watch Oceans 11 before you rob a casino & it'll go real smooth.

:lolabove: Keep on believing that. There's really no question about virtually all I listed. The only questions are whether or not TPD was either a bad actor or one acting in concert with FSU (two verifiable points say yes). And as to the team lawyer, a lawyer who doesn't strategize and implement PR and other plans to help his client beat a charge, especially when given that much of a lead is a lawyer who ought to be disbarred.

ETA: Still don't think a team pulls out all the stops to protect a future star? Remember that Bar Fight when players, including Da'Rick Rogers, actually assaulted a KPD officer? Now you convince me that anyone whether white or black but especially black would get away with that -- esp. a fight left a KPD undercover officer severely injured. At least we arrested them but the charges were reduced and thrown out. He was hardly alone but Da'Rick was also a supposedly unknown true freshman.

Would not happen to you or me.

The TPD and Meggs have proven to have an agenda against FSU players so believing that they were working in connection with FSU is absurd.

She couldn't keep her story straight and there are no facts that back up her claims. Why should be continue to called the victim?

Out of curiosity, do you think it's likely that the accuser was in to sodomy?

Possibly gravity.....or for that matter there's a ton of scenarios.

I know, but that's for Winston's attorney to argue, not the DA.

Read the docs that were released today. They are available online. I'm not suggesting that a conviction would be a sure thing, but there is no way the DA can make a convincing argument that he didn't have enough evidence to bring a charge.

Or maybe the chic didn't wanna admit on stand she liked it up the poot chute. Possibly the only thing she recalled.

I'm by no means an expert, so maybe someone on here knows:

How long after drinking 5 or 6 shots would one's BAC still be notably elevated?

Assume 1 hour per drink for the body to metabolize, 1 drink being a shot or a beer.
