Not even close. The more he gets comfortable with the new staff the more false that statement gets. People forget how far in front UT was before coach change and it was not just because of Pearl and Co. Lots of reasons he likes UT.

Guys the more and more drama around Jarnell is cause for pause....now I think once CBP was out we were out....But I dont think CCM is crazy about a bunch of drama around these kids (see Derek Dooley as well) which really is okay by me....This kid needs to get things straight, set some goals and move forward....while I know some of the family and others closely working with him this drama bit just doesnt fit....Little surprised actually....more time that goes by he will have too fall with Memphis...the very reason any Memphis coach not winning 20 plus games a year and winning the CUSA most every year should not be employed very long....just too much talent by default....this is a great example IMO...
Mike Anderson could be the beneficiary of a reported rift between the father of Jarnell Stokes (6-8, 240, Memphis, TN Southwind) and Memphis coach Josh Pastner. Rumor has it that there is a divide between the two that wont be bridged anytime soon ...

After finding out there will be no postseason ban, Jarnell has told some people close to him that Tennessee is seriously in play again and that he will visit Tennessee. His family really likes C. Martin and would like to see him and his brother at the same school. Tennessee has a little ground to make up here, but the majority of the ground lost was made up with the NCAA's decision Wednesday.
