Jarnell Stokes names his top 3

He said on Shawn and Wally(Arkansas sports radio) earlier this evening that he is down to 2-3 schools, but he isn't ready to publicly announce those yet.

I will add that I have said the entire time that people counting out UT did not know what they were talking about. UT was his overwhelming leader for many reasons (not just the coaches). Now that UT will face no additional penalty and he is getting more and more comfortable with Coach Martin we are in very good shape. Poor Memphis fans kept trying to tell me otherwise.

Not much has changed with Jarnell, although he had a falling out with Easterwood because Easterwood may have insenuated that Jarnell stayed in Memphis because he was a momma's boy.

Stokes' head is getting bigger and bigger with his recruiting hype. I'll admit that I glance at the kid's twitter page every once in a while. It used to be filled with tweets about workouts and putting in extra work on the basketball court, now it's just retweets from Memphis and Arky fans talking isht about the other school. It's almost as weird as the grown men who send him tweets on a daily basis.

Memphis still leads though. Hopefully the guy can gain his focus; he'll be a big impact for the Tigers next season, then off to the NBA.

Agreed, I followed him on twitter. I was like man this kid works his butt off and seems to have his head in the right place. Now I wonder with his tweets. Not saying he is a bad kid, but the recruiting has definitely made his head big.

Enjoy leading at this point in the race. UT should be back in the lead by the time we get to the finish line which is the only time that it matters.

Highly doubt Jarnell is an NBA player.

Ummm....I dont even know what to say to that. He is not a slam dunk to be a 1-and-done but he definately has a future in the NBA. Maybe you are confused about who we are talking about.

Jarnell is a 6-7 power forward who does not have the skill set or athleticism to play the 3. He will never be a successful perimeter guy in college much less the pros. How many
successful 6-7 power forwards are there in
the NBA? Until Jarnell decides that he should pattern his game after Paul Millsap instead of Carmelo, he's not going to be a very good college player much less an NBA prospect
