I am not really that surprised. I would be curious to hear he he is leaving on his own, or is being helped. I felt when he was retained as the lone coach from the CDD staff it was because he could very well deliver a couple top RBs we really needed in this class. When he struck out on the studs(Lee is a decent pickup if he qualifies), I think he had reason to wourry. Him leaving Tennessee for FSU does not make sense to me unless he is being told to look for work. CJG seems to be a solid RB coach. His recruiting is very much in question. JMO
i think he landed North.

Definitely going to FSU's meet the coaches thing at the Spring Game this year so Jay Graham can turn in his VFL card.

He helped land North no doubt. Players like North are group efforts from alot of people. CJG coaches RBs, not WRs. It was very much on him to land a top recruit as he coaches them. How many RBs did we miss on where CJG was their lead recruiter? We offered almost 40 RBs and it was a trainwreck to say the least.

Seemed to be a good position coach, but his recruiting was somewhat questionable. Despite having one of the best O-lines in the country and an opportunity for immediate playing time in the SEC, he failed to deliver a big-time RB to Tennessee in the last couple of years.
