Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - Any Owners?

Never heard of XSprite.. I would just upgrade the stock speakers and polyfil the speakers in the roll bar. Lift, wheels and tires or bumpers is what I would upgrade first.

Mission accomplished, sir, on all fronts. The headlamps are really dim for my liking, esp coming from my BMW's. Would like a small bumper-mount LED and brighter lights next.

Got some better pictures of my Jeep.. Future upgrades are going to be Poison Spyder Ricochet Rockers, Poison Spyder rear tire carrier and front bumper.

Tell me about the orange shocks. Those Poison bumpers are sweet... Would look great

Good looking jeep you got. Is that a smittybilt front bumper?

Yes, XRC Gen2. I did the bumper and winch install myself. Not complicated, but one bolt was off just enough to require a massive effort with a wrench and bloody knuckles.

I think my first extra purchase will be some nerf bars. I like the look of these.

I like the look of this bumper and light combo.

That Rubicon X bumper is nice, but it's in the $1400 range.

I went to the Rock Hard website and I can't find a listing for that bumper. There is a picture of it, the same Jeep that I have the pic of, but none of the bumpers listed look exactly like this one. Bumpers are expensive, but I guess most any aftermarket Jeep product is. Lol.

I've been thinking about new fender flares. You like the Bushwhackers?
They are good fenders for the flat look. There are cheaper options too. I'm thinking about the crusher flares from poison spyder or the smittybilt full fender replace. Bushwhacked builds all to order so it takes about 3 months to get them. Where are you located?

I looked for a long time before deciding on my Smitty bumper. Love it, glad I chose it over the slightly cheaper brands.

Ive had a bunch of Jeeps which included the original unlimited a Scrambler. Then several JK's and my best an 06 LJ (TJ Unlimited) and I believe the most desired.

Jeeps can do anything. As far as towing they can tow quite a bit, especially the newer ones with the bigger motor. They are versatile and why you see everyone from soccer moms to serious offroaders. And for the bumper debate you cant beat anything from Poison Spyder. American made and whats on my 06.

83 Scrambler CJ8

07 JK from my old business Rooster Offroad. One of the first Jeeps in the nation on 40's at the time. Crazy offroad machine with tens of thousands invested.

06 LJ 28,000 miles and only leaves the garage for a cruise in or beach day

Just Empty Every Pocket. Seems like anything for a JK is double the price of what it cost for a TJ or older JEEP.

You got that right and why I sold the JKs to get another LJ, my second. Its to the point that when youve seen one youve seen them all. Too hard to set one apart from the crowd because everyones got one modded. The LJ draws enough attention that its well worth having.

Wound up having to order a '17 model Jeep after my order got kicked back because they aren't taking orders on '16 models anymore. A new option in 2017 (standard for the Sahara and Rubicon series) is the LED lighting group which replaces the standard headlights and fog lights with LED lights. Given the cost of most aftermarket LED lights, I figured the $500 or so was worth it.
