Declare war on Russia?

Fact is via Iraq, Syria and giving weapons to Ukraine under Trump the US Military has killed more Russians & Russian proxies than any President since Reagan.

In fact it was Obama who told Romney in a debate that the "1980's called and wants it's foreign policy back!" When Romney told Obama that Russia was the United States biggest threat.

I guess that only became true on November 9th, 2016 after the left didn't get the results they were expecting the night before?
