Actually, I am 21, and in college. I'm sure that you are living in your parents basement, with star wars posters hanging on the wall everywhere. The only time you probably decided to leave the basement is when a new science fiction movie is being released.

Close. It's Indiana jones posters and i live in the attic.

I bet you're 35 years old and about 30 pounds overweight. Probably married, but I would imagine your wife cheats on you because she is sexually unsatisfied. You only drink natty ice as That is all you can afford and you think it's awesome that you gave your five year old son Mohawk.

Essentially you're the raddest effin dude alive who has never accomplished more than winning trivia night at your local buffalo wild wings.

fyp.

Other than the wife's infidelity, every thing else sounds awesome.

This is telling to me: the generational schism of this Joe Pa story.

The people that can take this story at face value are those if us that didn't see him when he was a great coach. The under 30 crowd I'd say. We don't care how many games he won. He let rapes continue to happen. I never saw anything more than a grumpy old man who cared more about how his name and program would look in the future so he buried it.

Those people old enough to remember him on the sidelines will remember fondly all those new years days that they saw him and the rapist Sandusky chumming it up on the sidelines and winning a few games. Yet those memories for some reason are more important than what he never did and that's take responsibility as a man and do the right thing instead of caring more about how hed be remembered.

Different ones on ESPN were saying that he died a broken heart because of the way he was done over the past few months.

That's not at all what I heard Millen and others say. The statement was that his heart was broken due to the terrible events (which he learned the full scope of) in the last few months, not because he was vilified by many.

Was wondering how long it would take before somebody accused me of this.

Let me take a look into your life...

Essentially you're a loser who has never accomplished more than winning trivia night at your local buffalo wild wings.

Obviously somebody is insecure. It's ok if your wife cheated on you man, life goes on.

Well I am just a late 30's guy who is 20 pounds over weight and married. I for one would have helped him on his way to the hereafter. If he died of a broken heart he still did not feel the pain those kids went through or their parents.

You think he didn't know enough to know how terrible things were before the last few months? Yeah, right.

Its natural for old men to shower with young boys

Didnt you know that?

Paterno was just a naive old man

Nothing suspicious

Sad that his career had to be tainted by a pervert. I guess ole' Joe didn't know how to handle off-the-field stuff as well as on-the-field.

It is really sad to lose this guy from our sport. I will miss the old guy every Saturday, I'm a sucker for the old school aspect of the sport.

Sad day for Football.

Rest in Peace Joe, this Vols fan will miss you!

Darth Vader in reverse. Live a good life for most of his time but totally corrupted himself towards the end.

The media is going to give him a pass. Which is understandable, because people don't want to speak ill of the dead publicly...

but if he was 55 instead of 85 I think he gets more villified. JMO.

Its really pathetic

These guys and there broken heart crap

No it's not. It's common. Called a heart attack.

Imagine having the thing you love doing and all you have been doing for 60 years taken away from you in the biggest scandal in college sports history, with your legacy and character tarnished in the worst kind of way, as a enabler of child molesters.

Yeah, that would kill some people.
