Here is the second thought on this, if Arky and Auburn are looking to spend the money will Hart and the boosters go after the top two guys on the list, regardless of Dooley's record, in order to secure our guy t and not risk losing him to another SEC school?

You'd have to ask Hart or BoroVol that one. Out of my paygrade.

Go Vols.

I hope so. Next year schedule is tough so I think even if were 8-4 I would tell dooley bye and hire Gruden asap.

Welcome to the Land of the Grudenites!

Cool username!

Membership package is on the way!:salute:

GreyWolf don't need no membership package...

Chuck Norris sent me the left ears from 200 Iranian WarLords, and told me to use them for dog treats.

Rod Wilks called and asked if I needed my yard mowed.

Roy Lee Ermey asked me to show HIM my war face.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Go Vols.

No. Dooley wins tomorrow night but loses the next two without major embarrassment, then wins out including bowl game he is here next year regardless of whomever is available. Any of those things doesn't happen and he is gone IMO. This is the year of no excuses, ask Dooley. I don't expect to win vs Bama or SC but the rest should fall under "no excuses".

If Gruden is "The Guy" and the deal is set in stone but, DD can coach his way to 2013 as well, is that not saying Gruden is our ace up our sleeve?

Everyone makes it sound like he is ours when called upon and will come only to here to coach in college?

No one knows who is on Harts list, that is a fact, anything else is pure speculation and heresay. Dooley is a lawyer by trade as well, if something like this was going down behind the scenes, every T better be crossed and every i better be dotted.

Hey, did you get to watch the Titans game last night? Certainly did not expect a win.

Yes I did, holy crap I didn't expect that performance. The other thing was the injured body count. Titans usually get the worst of it, but last night they Steelers did. Overall a late night. We shut our office down at 3pm to start letting our customers in to park and tailgate, and I was told the last one left around 1:30am.

Unless he has already been told.

If he litigates like he coaches, we don't have any worries.

We can get Muschamp, Richt, Saban, Spurrier, or the WR-turned-QB from UK last year to present our case.

Go Vols.

They say things happen when you least expect them to..Well that would be the case last night..Of all games, I couldn't believe it..Hasselback threw some bad passes but also had some dropped as well..The defense had a couple of breakdowns but overall a better performance than in the previous games.:good!:

The injury bug hit the Steelers really hard last night..Better them than the Titans..I kept telling my hubby that all those Steelers fans in our stadium were annoying as hell.

The Haslam family disapproves of this message :)

The scariest fans were the Raiders! I was at the first game in the Titans stadium in 98 on a thursday night against Gruden and the radiers. We won the game and when I was walking back to my car a stupid drunk titans fan got in the face of two raiders fans, with the spiked shoulder pads, and started giving them hell over the game and the radier didn't say one word, he just laid him out on the sidewalk with one punch and walked off!

I'll believe it when I see it. Too many message board "done deals" are far off from the facts. Especially on here

He would not be my first choice but Dooley wasn't even on my radar. I give credit where credit is due, the program is cleaner, it was a very difficult situation to come into. A lot of things had to be cleaned up behind the scenes and the roster is better from a talent stand point than where it was 2010.

So , does gruden have to parachute out of Lovies plane and then get picked up VIA the 'nam emergency pick up balloon stuff ? Or is it just Magic ?

Yeah, those with the spiked shoulder pads scare the hell outta me..I see them on TV and think how glad to be in the comfort of my own living room and not in their presence..Liquid courage definitely overcame that guy that got punched out.

So.......why are we not winning some of those big games?

First year we have had SEC talent in some positions, problem is we are playing top 10 conference games and you cannot rebuild and entire roster to championship level in 2 years no matter the coach IMO
