I'm laughing.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

The real question is....What will happen and how will you Grudenites feel if CDD is still our coach next season?

How dumb will you feel if Gruden says on TV that he absolutely loves his current job and has no plans to leave it and coach anywhere?

VFL...GBO!!!

Will you agree to leave if he comes?

Nope, that's another pipedream like Gruden coming to Tennessee is.

I bleed Tennessee Orange and always will and I support my Vols in good times and in bad times like all real Tennessee fans do.

I support all our coaches and players and I always will.

NOBODY on here has any say whatsoever if CDD will stay or not and you have zero say on who will be our next coach IF, and a big if, CDD were actually fired which I doubt at this moment.

CDD has a rock solid contract with a HUGE buyout and Tennessee is almost $4 Million in the red thanks to Mike Hamilton and NOT 1 big donor thinks everyone will get together and come up with $20 Million to get rid of CDD and try to hire a big name new coach.

There's reality my friend but you keep living in this silly thread and feeding yourselves pipedreams and BS and see where that gets you.

You may be right...I don't think you are but that's based on just a gut feeling and due to the fact guys who are 1000000000000000000000000 x more credible than you contradict your "sources" (SBV..OCI..).

And yes I'm on the Gruden train. However, whether or not he comes to UT, the feeling I get is that Dooley is done. It's sad as I do like the guy but he's just not THE guy.

Another typical Grudenite reply that's very mature and intelligent...NOT!!!

I do NOT support a coach...I support my Tennessee Vols which includes all players and all coaches being paid at the current time.

If AD Hart decides a coaching change is needed then I WILL support the next coaching staff while they're teaching our footVol players.

You Grudenites seem to have trouble understanding a real Tennessee Vols fan.

Gruden will NEVER leave his current job to coach at Tennessee.

Tennessee is 1 of the hardest places in the SEC to recruit, coach and win and his current job is extremely easy and pays much more so he'd be a moron to quit what he's doing and come coach at Tennessee.

I do support your right to keep dreaming though so keep stroking each other and dream on.

Thank you, Cicero.

First time I've ever used the ignore feature on a forum, ever (here or elsewhere).

Morning thread, the next two days are going to make or break some ecred :D I'm looking forward to whatever it brings us, whether it be Gruden or another coach, change is coming and I have more confidence that the current AD will get it right.

Seriously, was your house built before 1978?

Really? What has he ever done in college? Why is everyone hanging their hat on him? I would be giddy to have him, but he would not be the right choice. Please inform.

He can coach.

I have no doubt big time high school athletes know him, know what he has done, and would love to play for him at Tennessee.

The first bullet point is gravy. The second bullet point is all important at TN when we have natural recruiting disadvantages to our rivals.

All-in on Gruden. That HAS to be AD Hart's first move.

Because he represents flash and pizazz in an era of flash and pizazz. His NFL credentials are better than Kiffin's were and his wife is a former UT cheerleader. Her wardrobe would be complete. Hiring him would allow a lot of people to pound their chests in victory.

On name alone he would probably be the biggest hire since nick saban and recruting would be the best in years. All the parents of recruits watch Gruden on Monday night football.

I wanted Gruden the first go around when we hired Kiffin. I thought his body of work was head and shoulders above Lanes' and I thought it would have been a much better fit.

Agree with everything you said. Kiffin's credentials pale compared with Gruden's. Remember, Kiffin's only previous head coaching job resulting in him getting fired mid-season.
