If Gruden is the next HC will he keep Sal and continue running the 3-4 or, or does he bring in a new DC and change back to a 4-3?

I like Dooley as a person and honestly, I think he will become a good coach in the future. His main problem and something that hurt him was being AD and HC at La Tech.
He worries about the small stuff WAY to much at Tennessee.
He can't learn to be successful here in the SEC.

I didn't think he was a remotely a candidate. I was more wondering why he was rarely or (as far as I had seen) never mentioned. Again, thanks.

That's what I base my > 50-50 on.

Gruden is a coach not a commentator. Just because some people who put more value in an easy job than a rewarding job are obviously not very driven lol. That's such a weak argument, driven leaders like Gruden will never stay away from leadership roles they do not have to look for them, they just appear. That's when you know you are a leader in a field, your name is mentioned for every job. I think UT can get Gruden for around 3.5-4m guaranteed with performance guarantees topping 5m.

I don't have to smash my finger with a hammer 4 times to see if the pain level improves. Dooley's done. As to the other "points" you make, they have been discussed. Feel free to look for your answers.

As to the "fans" reference, I'm going to have to see your "true fans police" badge.

Let's be clear. Screw after this season, I'm calling for Dooley's head now... I want his bags packed and him off campus by the end of the week.

Go hire Mickey Mouse to stand on the sideline as the interim coach, the results will be the same.
