He has said multiple times he loves Knoxville.

IF he ever decide to coach college football, I got to imagine it would be either Tennessee or Notre Dame. And despite my hatred of Brian Kelly, he's got things turned around.

Also, I am watching MNF, and all I'm hearing when Gruden speaks is "I'm the next coach at the University of Tennessee"...anybody else?
