Dooley is anti-mediocrity, too. We're not even close to mediocre in the SEC.

You're a Nega. Wear it with pride.

Well-stated. We can't sniff mediocrity now... after considering winning the SEC East for so long as the epitomy of mediocrity, what we've give to have a team with a shot of winning its way in... and the East is supposed to be the easy route there now.

We're a shell of what we were...

<<How's that for nega cred?>> :hi:

The whole encouragement think from freaking rivals is what gets on my nerve.

We don't need pity, we need a freaking coach.

You're on your way to advancement in the nega heiarchy I've been told.

That's good to hear. Promotions were a breeze in Dooley's first year, a bit tougher in the second, but damn near impossible now.

There's a lot of solid competition here... and I suspect it's only going to get tougher with every beat down we get next month.

But, there's a beautiful ray of hope for all... call it the Gruden thread. :dance2:

Lovin' your style.

..beautiful ray of hope for all...

should say, except Eric.

Poor guy just took too much abuse from the Dooley years...

Indeed it is...a respite from the current tempest.

Our tent is large. There's plenty of room. You're in on the beginning. Trailblazers will be revered.

Sacrifices must be made. I just got a text notifying me of an advertisement that was just placed in Soldier of Fortune magazine by someone using the pseudonym "Momma to Precious" requesting someone to "silence" me. I remain undeterred and steadfast for I truly believe in giving my all for Tennessee....and to get Gruden hired.

Fellas,

I have a cousin that has a friend who has an inside source that is a Vol hall of famer that has six generation of Vol graduates that donate money to the Vol Scholarship Fund, that said they heard from a freshman in the band that overhead people in the AD's office talking about bringing in a big name coach that is on TV and has a connection with UT.

Trust me. It's legit.

You truly are a great and heroic leader. Songs will be sung in your honor by future generations of Vol fans. Epic poems will tell of how you led us all to victory over the horde of Doolites and ushered in the golden age of Grudenism.

Hail to you!

That's about seven degrees of separation. Was the source Kevin Bacon?

I call BS.

The validity of your post is suspect. You can stay for now.....but we'll be watching you.

I am a follower of the ways of Cincinnatus. I desire no power. I only want those that desire UT to return to greatness by hiring Gruden to take a stand and refuse to back down when they call us negas. Sun Tzu advises us to turn the enemy's strategy against them. That's why their attempts at derision by using the term "negas" must become our source of strength and pride. We must carry this fight outside this thread. The time is now. Plus, it just pizzes them off...which is funny.
