Sure I'm willing to accord blame and success the same way in each case. The president doesn't run congress - it's that simple. Some presidents worked better with congress than others, but the way the two parties are diverging there's less and less chance of a president doing well with congress unless everything goes wildly in one direction, and that doesn't seem likely. Dems tend to stick together better, so they have a better chance of running the table - like obama's first season.

Did you happen to notice that when election season rolled around how the summer riots stopped? Almost like dems pulled some strings, got people off the street, and no longer looked like radicals bent on burning the country down.

Of course, you and everyone else secretly know that covid killed Trump - just like it would have a dem in power. Nothing like a good ole pandemic without a cure to make an incumbent president look impotent - especially when he has to rely on the federal bureaucracy for support.

Virtue signaling is at an all time high on both sides of the aisle unfortunately. Rather than working together to find real solutions to the problems in this country, both parties tend to spend most of their time preaching about why they are good and the opposing
party is evil.

Wrong. I totally support celebrating the end of slavery. I said so earlier. I just don’t think we need it slammed in our face every other day of the year. We don’t discuss Thanksgiving every day either. I’m not going to even address your disgusting comment about “a dude” but I hope you enjoy hell.

Do we discuss slavery every day of the year? I feel like you're projecting your insecurities. The only people I'm seeing in here who have an issue with making Juneteenth a federal holiday are the same posters who think Chauvin didn't kill George Floyd and that black people shouldn't be allowed to sit at the same table as white people.
