I offer 17 personal lines carriers and do a semi-annual review with each customer and will roll them if a rate is better and worht it. I carry an average across the board of 96% retention. I am all about making sure my customers are taken care off.

But that's cold that you would let me stay cold.

I was honest. There are like 9 votes, how can you tell there's no honesty? One person over 100k income voted for Obama or do you believe you're the only one on VN with income over 100k?
