Cuonzo the Clown right on the airport tarmac. He should make one of the assistants the interim coach and then maybe, like USC did with football, we can salvage something out of this season.

Cuonzo sucks, and it ain't going to get any better as long as he is here.

Cuonzo is not going anywhere. You may as well sit back and strap in. He can miss the tournament and baring a tsunamiesque collapse will be retained for at least one more year. Money drives these decisions not wins and losses and there is no financial incentive to fire him.

I think if you were going to fire Counzo, you do it with a little more professionalism. He's not a douche monkey like Kiffin so he deserves it.

Then we the fans should create a financial incentive effective IMMEDIATELY, by refusing to show up for another single game until this administration hires us a winner.

OK perhaps I was exaggerating about the airport tarmac business, but the point I was making is that it should be done IMMEDIATELY, not after the season. If we do it now, maybe we could still salvage something out of this season. Perhaps not, but either way we will have gotten rid of our problem, a loser coach.

Because that's exactly what the 18-20something year old kids that work their asses off on the court for UT deserve right?

Oh yeah, that will really help lure a great coach here; fans stop showing up after their 6-3 team lost on the road to a 10-0, #12 team that made the Final Four last year.

I'm sure any coach would just jump at a shot to coach at a place like that.

I doubt you go anyways.

I don't live anywhere close to Ktown, but if I did I would be there a lot. I am a proud alum. I'm just sick of seeing us hire losers in all of our men's sports. Our fans should refuse to support these losers that we keep hiring and demand winners.

Oh goodie, another excuse making, coach bootlicker. As if we don't have enough of those in our fan base.

If you think not showing up for games is going to entice any coach to come coach here, then I can't help you.

Even Pearl wouldn't come back if we treated the basketball program that way.

What our fan base actually has is too many people that overreact to everything and propose ridiculous ideas on how "WE SHOULD GET *insert name here* FIRED!!" and then when faced with a reasonable retort feel the need to belittle and name call instead of having an actual debate and using any actual logic.

It is pretty obvious that Zo isn't the man for the job. But let him finish the season, send out some feelers, and get someone good. I mean geez, we finish top 10 in attendence nearly every year and have amazing facilities. Why can't we get someone good?>>

No. I just get sick of seeing people post excuse after excuse for losing in both basketball and football. We're never going to become consistent big winners again in anything until we stop making and accepting excuses for losing. Demand more people!!!

If Butch doesn't pan out then we should fire Hart and Cheek.

Why do you people say this about Butch? Good grief people. Kiffin and Dooley left this mess. We played how many team in the top 15 in the nation? With a QB (Worley) that had what 1 or 2 starts last year and a freshman QB and no playmakers left on offense. I hope you people don't hurt your self jumping back on the band wagon when Butch get's us winning. :hi:
