Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed away

I doubt that it is. I use a completely different approach in the "real world".
During my first few ventures into the PF I was repulsed by much of what I read. I adopted a persona and have just sort of stuck with it. I thought if some could see their reflection, they might be shocked into changing. Never really worked out. Amazingly, they seemed perfectly happy with the reflection they saw.
You're so full of crap, your eyes are brown.

Especially if you say they’re horrible and despicable based on who they vote for
I never said Trump supporters are horrible and despicable. Some are. Some Obama and Biden supporters are horrible and despicable. Trump does get a larger percent of that crowd.

I've 100% maintained that Trump is a horrendously despicable human and proudly stand by that assessment.

You should feel horribly guilty that he was selected as the repub nominee. If your stance is that no other republican could have beaten Hillary, you should feel even worse about your party.

Republicans nominated the guy who beat Hillary. That was the goal of the primaries. They previously nominated wimps who went on to lose the general. They weren't going to make that mistake again. I understand you're butthurt 'cause someone like Jeb would have lost to Hillary

No question in my mind.

You are claiming that the only candidate the repubs. could come up with that could beat Hillary was a horrendously despicable human. I'm just not sure that is something the right should celebrate or take pride in.
If you still find the whole Trump catastrophe appropriate and worthwhile, more power to you. Most people strongly disagree and history will certainly not record it that way.

Don't know if it's been discussed yet, but there's a lot of chatter about the Dems just boycotting the scotus hearing. I think it's a good idea because (1) they can't prevent the nomination, (2) challenging the appointee is a possible hornet's nest (religion, race (if Trump goes with the Latina), and sex issues), (3) does a good job of conveying how effed up the GOP move here is, and (4) allows more efforts to be devoted to the election.

LOL - so much for following precedent and procedure.

Good. The less that I hear from that bunch of clowns, the better.

Yes, acting like temper tantrum throwing brats is always a good look right before an election.

Mitch should go straight to a floor vote

We'll never know for sure if someone else would have beaten Hillary. We do know that in 2008 and 2012 the GOP nominee lost and was widely criticized for not fighting hard enough. As a result Republican voters decided to nominate a fighter. That fighter did not disappoint. He won and they'll soon have 3 nice, shiny pieces to show for it on the highest court in the land for years to come

They should boycott. That'll save time and get it to the floor for a final vote sooner.

BTW, why bother posting tweets that use words like "helming" and "dias"?

They should hold a memorial service for RBG during the hearings.
