Merrick Garland would be the most interesting nominee ever in this situation.

I was discussing this with a friend. I think (1) he's clearly preferable to Ginsberg for most Republicans, and (2) Garland would make a lot of moderates and independents vote for Trump. If that gets Trump reelected, he could easily get to replace Breyer and Thomas, ensuring a conservative majority for 20 years or more. Would not be a bad long game pick.

I went to academy sports this morning about 10 minutes before they opened hoping to score some ammo. When the doors opened there were grown ass men running and cutting through other departments trying to beat everyone. Change # of justices to 13.

Insert 4 new Biden-Nominated justices.

The mail in voting is the issue. There will be delayed counts in most if not all of the swing states. Ballots will be found or go missing. Signatures will be wrong. Expect litigation.
