But the part I really love is equating the current situation to Obama at the end of his second term in 2016 as the basis that the whole process must pause due to Trump being a lame duck. Liberals are scared to death. They have used the courts to bypass the legislature for years and now that may be coming to an end. Obama was a “lame duck” president because he was term limited and a new President was guaranteed. That is not the case with Trump. Different circumstances entirely.
Expect a new SC Justice by the end of the year even if Trump loses the election.
