I think we can all agree we are all the same people we were at 17.You know, as much as I hate to say it, the DNC actually brought good arguments (okay, maybe valid is a better term) against Gorsuch. They didn't agree with some of his case decisions, I can understand and appreciate that.
This time the committee is digging into his ****ing high school yearbooks. For real?
At what point do you even say "this is too much and ya'll need to move the eff on..."?
I do wonder if this is something much bigger and deeper than just a conservative leaning SC, R vs W, and petty partisanship. I try to keep the conspiracy theorist in me chained in the basement, and look at everything with a critical eye, but I wonder if this all out offensive has something to do with the draining of the swamp, deep state, treason and military tribunals. This SC interview is just too weird...
And isn’t it true Mr Kavanaugh you told your mother you took out the trash on Wednesday night when Mrs. Buchanan testified to seeing you carry out the trash on Thursday morning? You’re a disgusting human being Mr. Kavanaugh who doesn’t deserve to judge a pie eating contest. They don't. But lies about them do.
I never watched the Fox News interview, and don't care about it at all. If he was calm and collected in the interview, he should have done the same in the hearing. That's jmho.He was calm for the Fox interview and his critics said "an innocent person would be more angry/outraged". When he shows anger and outrage his critics say "see, he's violent and his temperament is not consistent with a SCOTUS seat.
It's a complete no win situation.
All I can say is if I were him and believed my innocence my performance during the hearings would have been almost identical.
It always depend on intent.(means) the ends is someone has been bashed in the head with a rock. You are already supplying the end in that scenario.Answer this.
Is bashing someone's head in with a rock justified (moral) or unjustified (immoral)?
So you can break the "thou shalt not kill" commandment to save a life, but not the "thou shalt not bear false witness" commandment to save hundreds of lives? That's your stance?

There is no "right or wrong" about his demeanor, we just have a difference in opinion on temperament. And that is okay, people handle situations differently. As I've said a hundred times, that shouldn't disqualify him from approval.
Easy to say. I bet most of us could scrap together a good prepared statement for testimony but once you get in front of the cameras and the world and you're blatantly being falsely accused of a "crime"..we might go off the rails a bit.

I never claimed Luther was intelligent. Don’t kill the messenger... unless of course the ends justify it!It's 2 different sides to a scenario, how can this be confusing
( means ) i intend to hit someone in the head they...
(End) Either get hit in the head or
(End) I'm a bad shot and miss
Means is wrapped up in intent.
SIAP, but worth posting again for the lulz
