The primary thing that makes me discount that conspiracy theory is this: If that were the case, there would be Rs going down as well. He'd get far fewer R votes. He should have denied it. Talked about his life and accomplishments. How he would never do such a thing.

And left it to others to argue that the accusation was partisan-based and a conspiracy. But that's my opinion.

I’ve heard that there are some R’s that are going down as well.
There are good people on both sides of the aisle.

I will say that I have heard to look for a major move in arrests and indictments by ICE before the midterms.
This will play bad for the Dems wanting to abolish ICE after some of the arrests that are made.

Assuming her friend (Leyland?) stays consistent you have 2 supposed witnesses denying the party happened with one saying they never even knew K. Of note, neither would have reason to lie since they aren't being accused of anything.

From this, it would appear that there are several areas of their jurisdiction that would meet the criteria. I did not know this...
