Kavanaugh Confirmation

Might as well be collecting forensic handwriting samples to analyze bathroom graffiti.

“Judge Kavanaugh we had a writing expert analyze this boys room stall drawing of a penis and he has compared the sample to your signature and determined them to be of the same hand. Can you explain this abhorrent behavior please?”

All the way down to state level employees.

There are over 70,000 sealed indictments out there right now.

How are you hearing this? Seems a bit outlandish for that many "high level" indictments and nothing has been leaked.

They are sealed indictments. Sealed indictments do not have a statute of limitations. (Hint)

I can’t say how I’m hearing this. I just do.

This list has grown substantially over the last 2 years.

I’ve heard that there are some R’s that are going down as well.
There are good people on both sides of the aisle.

I will say that I have heard to look for a major move in arrests and indictments by ICE before the midterms.
This will play bad for the Dems wanting to abolish ICE after some of the arrests that are made.

If they are corrupt, I don't care what party they belong to, I want them to go down. I'm tired of one set of rules for the elite and another for us peons.

You're my dawg, OB, but the tin foil gets a bit tight with you every once in a while.
No tin foil GV.

Any one can look up the indictments.

I hinted awhile back in the “abolish ice” thread about this.
Is this really that far fetched to believe? There is a reason the dems want to abolish ice.

Other than it being politically convenient to get on that bandwagon?

It gets votes...

I’m going Pruitt on this, believe in it when I see the results.

Do you think SCOTUS votes are partisan in nature?

Do you feel he is judicially qualified to sit on the SCOTUS?

I think partisan interests play a huge roll in Supreme Court votes by the Senate. I think at least some of the time, some of the Senators can be convinced to set those aside if there are reasons not to confirm.

As to his academic or experience qualifications I have no complaint. I can't think of a Supreme Court nominee in my lifetime who lacked the basic credentials for the job.

And, to boot, I can see a Senator deciding that there is insufficient reason to vote against K and so they vote for him. I think that is within reason.

Can you admit that it's within reason that a Senator would think that there was enough there to decide either to want more info or to vote no?

How can we look them up if they are sealed?
