This one is interesting to me. Out of the allegations brought forth I saw this as the one that had the highest potential of being true. A party in a college dorm room, at Yale so you more than likely have some highly intelligent folks in the room with capable memories, where an event happened with a highly popular student and apparently was broadcast through the hallways. I agree with Kavanaugh if something like this had happened while I was in high school or college the talk around your circle and beyond would be (Did you hear about the so and so tea bag that happened the other night?). This would have been an event that would have been talked about and stuck with people. She was there with multiple others who I am sure she could identify for them to corroborate her story.

How is it that the only one that could corroborate her story is BK's freshman roommate who admittedly by him + BK were not close and he was not there. But he does believe her so it must be correct.

The one that had the highest chance of actually being true with eye witness accounts!....... And there are none.

If they are wanting to sway folks on this there needs to be something that has anything close to some sort of corroboration outside of yeah we are besties and I will believe her no matter what.

Am I the only one who thinks that it would actually be a bad play for her to interview with the FBI? She already has a sworn testimony which is a testimony that has been documented as changing over time and her memory is hazy to the point that she has to be led to the events in her mind. Whats the chance that she would be interviewed by the FBI and her testimony change again? I would say it is not that small of a chance.
